24 MonthsThe number of students to be admitted shell be decided by the committee of Dean, Registrar and Director of Research and Dean of P G Studies as chairman, on the basis of the availability of infrastructural facilities, faculty competence, vacancies, intake capacity of PG Teachers. and course is approved by ICAR.
Eligibility Criteria
A candidate for admission to the M.Sc. (Horti.) Degree programe should possess a Bachelor’s degree with an OGPA of not less than 6.00 (10 basis) or its equivalent in aggregate as well as in the field of studies in which admission is sought. For Ph.D. Degree programe the candidate should possess a Master's degree with an OGPA of not less than 6.50 (10 basis) or its equivalent.
Candidates belonging to SC, ST, and SEBC class will be admitted to the Master degree programme with OGPA of not less than 5.50 (10 basis) or its equivalent and Ph.D. Degree with OGPA of not less than 6.00 (10 basis) or its equivalent.
