All india quota as the cutoff is very high for KGMU, Lucknow. In Institute of medical sciences, BHU the cutoff is very high for general category for MBBS so, their is less possibility for you to get seat in BHU. But you can get seat in other government medical college in UP through state quota. Some of them are: -

This year the cut off is expected to increase.

With 392 you can get many govt medical college like Government Medical College, Ambedkarnagar, Government Medical College, Kannauj, Government Medical College, Jalaun,Government Medical College, Saharanpur.

Yes , there is possibility for you to get a seat in medical King George Medical College , Lucknow with such a great score. According to your previous year's data , the cutoff for SC category was 454 with the closing rank of 42372. So , there is wide margin with your marks , hence you are on safer side. The cut off for admission in King George Medical University, Lucknow in the previous years for the general category under the State quota was a rank of 6,573 and 572 marks. Considering this, you would require marks around this range for a fair chance of admission here.

Your neet rank is good but you mentioned that you belong to general category which decrease your chances to get a seat in kgmu.
Kgmu is one of the best medical College in Uttar Pradesh, this college had a framed history, here students get best of best as per their capacity.

KGMU and Lohiya are two of the best medical Institutes in India, quite naturally the demand of seats for these colleges is quite high as a result of which no single seat was left vacant as per the AIQ Quota, but for subsequent rounds in State Quota, some of the vacant seats which were remaining gradually filled up.

College Infrastructure

there are various types of facilities in Medical College they provide the different department like various types of Labs.anatomy dissection hall biochemistry Laboratories clinical skill laboratory. the classes of king George medical college is very good and the benches are great.

The college infrastructure is very good. It has lecture theatres with capacity of 300 students. It has ac library and laboratory facilities are nice . Hostels have wifi and sports room . Cafeteria is also well maintained.

Life here sometimes can be overwhelming but overall its good

College Infrastructure

Yes the college have a good clinical exposure which is an essential part in a medical practitioner's life. The good patient load helps us in learning skills which won't suffice just by reading books. There is a good set of equipments and devices necessary for examining the patient and being a student ut helps in learning skills ..... Finally there are adequate number of wifi connections available which are used by us for viewing video lectures.
