Chances are little less as KGMU comes under top colleges so its cut off goes a bit high and tentatively as per previous year trend the safest score should be 350+.

The cutoff varies year to year so it would be tough to tell you about 2019. As per 2017 to get a seat in KGMC for 15% Quota seats the cutoff rank was 725 & cutoff marks was 635 as a General category for 85% quota seats the cutoff rank was 6,573 & cutoff score was 572.
