Since you are a Non-UP resident, you are only eligible for the 15% seats under the All India Quota. KGMU and BHU are two of the finest medical institutes in India and hence the competition will be very high. Aim for at least 600+ marks. A score over 650 should be good enough for securing a seat in these two colleges. Work hard! All the best.

After such a huge changes in the AIQ ranks last year…all predisposed assumptions have been proved wrong. Even UP State merit list has given us ample shocks…. and in accordance to the recent developments; I think that a OBC UP domicile student scoring only above 600 can get KGMU this year(2018) and for AIQ score should be 650-660.

if you are a domicile of UP and a general category student you need to score about 580 or more to secure KGMU.

if you are from other state and want to have KGMU you can only get it from 15 percent state quota and for that, you need more than 600 marks.
