Sorry, but you are not eligible for appearing in UGC NET examination.Diploma holders cannot apply for this entrance exam.The eligibility criteria for appearing in the examination is that a candidate should have scored 55% aggregate in Masters Degree or Equivalent Degree from a recognized institution.

For admission to Manipal University you will have to qualify the eligibility criteria of Manipal Academy of Higher Education, MAHE, formmerly known as MU . MAHE conducts Manipal entrance Test for admissions to Engineering and other courses.

You will get admission in MU on the basis of cut off of MAHE or MET but off which depends on nber of candidates appeared in exam, difficulty level of exam, total number of seats available and previous year's cut off.

If you are selected in Manipal University, you first have to go their campus which is nearest to your house for branch selection which will be based on the marks and hence the rank of Manipal university entrance exam and you have to deposit the fees at this time. Then you have to attend the counselling session for one to two days before joining the class.

No,you 12th marks does not matter for admission in BBA course in MAHE.You just need to be pass in 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized Board, with minimum 50% aggregate marks or equivalent.
You score in MET is taken into consideration  for admission.
