PU can refer to all 3 Punjab , Pondicherry and Poornima University. But since Punjab University is the most common, I am assuming your question is about PU, chamdigarh. In Punjab University, admission to BSC courses is done on the basis of their common entrance exam called PUCET.  You will get admitted based on your merit as scored in the PUCET.  To apply to PUCET you only need to have a 10+2 certificate with the subjects physics,  chemistry,  maths,  biology, english. Usually they set the minimum aggregate at 50% so with your marks you can easily apply.

As per the qualifying criteria for KCET,you should have succesfully passed the qualifying exam i.e 10+2.Further is reuires you to have mathematics as a subject and you shoul have to pass it.

Yes, If you are in the final year of your graduation degree, then you are eligible to apply for PU LLb entrance exam for admission to three year law course in Panjab University, Chandigarh. Though your admission will be be provisionally subject to you passing the minimum required eligibility criteria. As you're required to score a minimum aggregate of 45% in your graduation degree, you need to score this much after your result is out. Till now, you'd be eligible even in your final year.

to get admission in any college or university one must have all necessary documents like marks card and TC .

To get admission in any other college or university you will require the PUC transfer certificate (TC) and TC from the university who has PUC TC so kindly contact the college / universty to get both the TC
