The registration process for TNAU UG admission 2020 has begun from August 07, 2020. Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) conducts the admission process for UG (Under Graduate) courses in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agriculture Engineering, Sericulture, Biotechnology, Food Technology and Agri-Business Management. Candidates aspiring for admission in any of the constituent / affiliated colleges of TNAU will have to participate in the counselling process conducted by the respective university. TNAU conducts online counselling for admission in these courses, and the selection of candidates will be based on his/ her position in the merit list.

The categorywise cut off list is as follows:

OC - 55%

BC and BCM -50%

MBC -45%

SC/ SCA - pass in Class 12th (35%)

ST -A pass in Class 12th (35%).

Tamil Nadu agricultural University has released application form for TNAU 2020. The deadline is 7th September.

Actually there are total 3 eligibility criteria. You Must suit pass any of these 3 eligibility criteria.

• 10 + 2 group 1 , you should be of pure science,ie physics chemistry mathematics biology
• For group 2physics chemistry biology with IV biology related subjects like microbiology biotechnology etc
• For group 2a you should have physics chemistry zoology and botany.

Eligibility Criteria for TNAU UG Admission 2020

As TNAU conducts the admission process for almost 10 courses, the eligibility rules are different from one course to another. The university has divided the 10 courses into three categories viz., Category 1A, 1B and Category II. The course-wise eligibility criteria can be checked below .

The information of number of seats alloted for B.Sc. Agriculture for OBC candidate in Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore (Also known as: TNAU) is not available to us.

The number of seats for B.Sc. Agriculture in TNAU are not known. The seats of B.Sc. Agriculture Hons. in TNAU affiliated colleges are mentioned below:-

• At Vanavarayar Institute of Agriculture, Pollachi - 115 seats
• At S Thangapazham Agricultural College, Vasudevanallur - 120 seats

As per your cutoff score and previous year cutoff, you will get admission in TNAU, Coimbatore in Biotechnology. Last year opening cutoff was 189 and closing cutoff was 180. So, you have great chances that you will get this college.

As per your cutoff score and previous year cutoff, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University opening cutoff score is 189 and closing cutoff score is 175. So, it might difficult to get into this college.

sometimes cutoff may goes below 175 based on the availabilty of seats and percentage of students prefer TNAU. But 150 score is too less to get into this college.
