Annamalai University Admission 2025: Dates, Application Form, Courses, Fees & Eligibility

Annamalai University, Annamalai Nagar admission is offered at the diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels. Annamalai University admissions at the UG level are based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination. Candidates for the Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) must meet the DOTE's eligibility requirements. 

Candidates seeking Annamalai University admission to the B.P.Ed programme must appear for selection tests and achieve a minimum score of 50%. Candidates must apply for admission to Annamalai University and attend the counselling to be held by the Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Tamil Nadu, Chennai. Annamalai University admissions to M.A, M.Sc, M.Com, M.Lib.I.Sc, and M.S.W programmes are offered based on merit of the qualifying examination, followed by an interview. 

The Annamalai University admission to B.Ed and M.Ed is on the basis of the marks secured in the qualifying UG/PG degree examination. Annamalai University admissions to MBA, M.C.A, M.E/M.Tech are offered based on TANCET scores followed by an interview.

• Click on the link and download the prospectus.

• Click on the programme you want to apply under the "New Applicant".

• Next, register yourself and verify the email address. 

• Fill in all the relevant details and upload all the required documents. 

• Pay the application fee which is Rs. 800. 

• After successful uploading of all the documents and the hard copy of the application should be sent to the Registrar, Annamalai University admission office on or before the last date without fail.

Annamalai University UG Admission Process 2025

• Candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria as prescribed by the university.

• Next, eligible candidates must apply on the admission portal of the official website of the university.

• The selection is based on the merit in the qualifying examination.

• Eligible candidates must register for counselling.

• Shortlisted candidates are called for counselling merit.

• Annamalai University B.F.Sc. and B.Voc admissions are offered based on merit in the qualifying examination, counselling, seat allotment and payment of the fees. 

Annamalai University BE Admission Process 2025

• Eligible candidates must submit the TNEA application first, which is administered by the Department of Technical Education, Tamil Nadu. 

• Further, the Directorate of Technical Education, Tamil Nadu, then releases the TNEA cutoff.

• The cutoff is determined by the marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in class 12 and a rank list is prepared as a result.  

• Candidates meeting Annamalai University Cutoff can participate in the TNEA counselling procedure.

• Candidates must get their documents verified and pay the course fees to complete the Annamalai University admission procedure once a seat has been assigned.

The university offers M.Pharma in various specialisations such as Industrial Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance and others. • Aspirants are required to meet the Annamalai University eligibility requirements.

• Eligible students must visit the Annamalai University official website and fill the Annamalai University application form and pay the Annamalai University application fee.

• Candidates are shortlisted based on the performance in the qualifying examination followed by an interview.

• Selected candidates must appear for the document verification and pay the Annamalai University admission fee for the final selection.

Annamalai University Admission Process for MBA and MCA

• Aspirants must meet the Annamalai University eligibility criteria.

• Eligible candidates must take the TANCET, administered by Anna University.

• Students must go to Anna University's official website to register for TANCET.

• It must be noted that candidates having a valid GATE score need not to appear for TANCET.

• A merit list is prepared and candidates are shortlisted.

• Shortlisted candidates will be eligible to participate in TANCA's counselling based on their TANCET and GATE scores.

• Candidates must choose Annamalai University as their first choice when filling out the TANCA counselling form.

• To complete the Annamalai University admission procedure, candidates must submit all required documents and pay the Annamalai University course fees.

Annamalai University M.Tech Admission Process 2025

• Aspirants must need to fulfil the eligibility criteria.

• Eligible candidates must apply for Annamalai University admission by filling the application form.

• Students must take CEETA PG entrance examination followed by an interview conducted by the university.

• Candidates for MTech will be chosen based on their performance in the entrance exam, interview, document verification, and Annamalai University fee payment.
