University of Jammu, Jammu Placement Cell has placed 60 undergraduate and 496 postgraduate students. The university offered a University of Jammu, Jammu median salary package of Rs 4.89 - 6 Lakhs to UG and Rs 5.54 - 6.98 Lakhs to PG students as per NIRF Overall Report 2025.

University of Jammu, Jammu has a dedicated placement cell that provides jobs for students. The placement support here is okay. Some of us manage to secure good jobs through campus placements, but many have to go out and find opportunities on our own. The university does offer some help, but we really have to take the lead in searching for the right job.

Complete 10+2 with at least 45–50% marks from a recognized board.

2. Appear for the CUET-UG entrance exam conducted by NTA.

3. Register for CUET on cuet.samarth.ac.in (usually Jan–Feb).

4. Take the CUET exam (held in May–June).

5. Apply to Jammu University using your CUET score.
