The Shakuntala Mishra University of a Lucknow is a different kind established by the government of Uttar Pradesh. It provides quality education to diabled students by overcoming the barriers. Apart from normal reservation, it also provides a 50% reservation for the disabled students. It is a government college developed to help such citizens.

• Tagore Library: It is the Central Research library of the University. It is respected as one of the oldest, well organized and richest libraries in India.
• Auditorium: The Auditorium is the home to all the big events that take place in the University. From Seminars to conferences, Cultural programs to fests, everything is held in the auditorium.
• Hostel: The University has sixteen hostels and provides separate accommodation for boys and girls. The hostel rooms are allotted on twin-sharing basis and the present capacity is nearly 3000 inmates.
• Central Facility for Computational Research (CFCR) (Computer Cluster): The CFCR Computer cluster contains one master node and five compute nodes. Each node consists of 16 processors making a total of 96 cores. The software that is currently installed is Gaussian 09, MATLAB and Mathematica.

The selection criteria of LU is basically: the aptitude test and the interview. The written test i.e the LUMET requires the candidate to secure a merit score of 100. As the maximum merit score is 120 it is mandatory for you to score 100 or above to get an admission and it is followed by the personal interview of the candidates.

As per the eligibility to apply for BCA programme, You should be passed class 12th or equivalent examination with Mathematics Mathematics/Computer Science/Computer Application as a subject with 50% as a general category & 45% as a reserved category. You can also assure with teh given below link.

LLB does not provide specialisation in any particular domain. Intellectual Property is one of the subject which you will have to study while pursuing LLB.

However, if you are interested in specialising in Intellectual Property, you may opt for diplomas offered by various institutions while pursuing LLB or go for LLM in Intellectual Property.

You can also intern with firms or organisations specialising in Intellectual Property, which will give you exposure in this field.

So please clarify that you want to do diploma courses or distance courses. And from where. And that way you can short list your options.
