Yes Sagar you can apply for BS.c but depends in which subject you want because aggregate marks differ for each subject in BS.c like for Maths it is 50%,for English 60-65% depending on the college. The minimum aggregate required is for 12th is 50%.you may not get a very good college but You can try for different state colleges,they are also good.Getting 65% in 12th can a bit difficult for your admission but once you start hard work ,it will pay off.Best wishes

You can apply for common counseling of colleges under University of Maharashtra and will get the best of it under your rank.
Yes, you may get admission in some Colleges as the admission process of almost all College begin in month of July anf classes begin form august au if you apply and clear entrance or ( after reappear if you are able to reach vutoff) then you may easily get admission in August. Also late admission cases are also preferred with extra fees. Try to contact with Desired college's authorities.
Hello Vrukshat. As you have mentioned you want to get into University of Mumbai for pursuing BCom. Mumbai University is a very reputed college. Every year the number of candidates applying for Mumbai University are more than 5 lakh. Among so many candidates your profile needs to be extraordinary in order to get admission there. Mumbai University releases 3 merit lists every year. After you have submitted the admission form for the college, they release the merit list. Mumbai University in particular releases its first merit list on 13th june. The second merit list will be released on 17th june and the third one on 20th june 2019.
The KC college of Mumbai is rewarded as one of the best colleges of Mumbai. This college also releases three merit lists. To get admission in this college also you need to fill the online form first and then after the release of merit lists you can get admission according to your score.

For the govt. college the marks required are around 500 and more. So you have less chances of getting the govt. medical college in odisha though I would suggest you to apply through the state quota seats. There you can have the chnaces of getting the govt. seat through reservation. The cutoff marks for the previous year for odisha for the govt. medical college were 420 with the rank 62639 in govt. medical college and hospital in Balasore for the SC category. As you know, It's a three-year course which mostly deals with the power and empowerment provided by the Mass Media and Journalism Feild.You should fulfilled the following criteria to get admission for this course -
1-Bachelor of Mass Media requires candidates to pass 12th class (10+2) or equivalent in any Stream.
2-The Individual must have a 50% marks in their Secondary and Higher secondary from a reputed board.
3-Some Institutes also conduct an entrance examination/test for getting admission to this degree course. The entrance examination/test generally consists of a written paper, group discussion, and personal interview.
