Yes, you may get admission in some Colleges as the admission process of almost all College begin in month of July anf classes begin form august au if you apply and clear entrance or ( after reappear if you are able to reach vutoff) then you may easily get admission in August. Also late admission cases are also preferred with extra fees. Try to contact with Desired college's authorities.

Mumbai University releases 3 merit lists every year. After you have submitted the admission form for the college, they release the merit list. Mumbai University in particular releases its first merit list on 13th june. The second merit list will be released on 17th june and the third one on 20th june 2019.

For the govt. college the marks required are around 500 and more. So you have less chances of getting the govt. medical college in odisha though I would suggest you to apply through the state quota seats. There you can have the chnaces of getting the govt. seat through reservation.
