AMAA offers a distinguished B. Arch program located in Chennai with recognition from the Council of Architecture in India. To maintain its high standards, the admission process seeks to filter out all but the most talented and aptitude-oriented candidates from among many applicants into its architectural program.

B. Arch: The Bachelor of Architecture program at AMAA is a five-year full-time course with an 80-student intake capacity. Admission to this course shall be based on the merit obtained by the candidate in NATA or JEE Main. The selection procedure carries 50% weight to the combined score of NATA or TN-NATA, which includes both a paper-based drawing test and a computer-based online test on aesthetic sensitivity. The procedure achieved more rounded assessment of the candidates' architectural aptitude and skill.
