Hey!

The cutoffs fluctuate every year depending upon many factors like the number of candidates appeared for the exam ,marks achieved by the topper, number of seats ,level of the question paper etc.  So, the cutoff for this year cannot be told accurately but they can just be predicted from  the previous year cutoffs and the previous year cutoff for Armed forces medical college  were 580+ and this year  it is expected to reach 600 or  610. But remember thst these are just the predicted cutoffs.

To check the previous year cutoffs for medical forces and more  about it , follow the given link:

Hello,

Every year cutoff changes as the level of the paper changes.

So as such there is no fixed minimum marks decided.

It changes every year for different colleges.

All you need to do is to check previous years cutoff to get a better idea.

Hi sanket

cutt off varies every year on several factors like difficulty of the exam, number of students applying for exam, number of candidates scoring highest marks. So therefore  would like to advice you instead of thinking about the cut off you work hard and get more than 450 marks to be on safer side for getting admission in a good government college or private college in any region of india. Also, the cut off varies for different categories (UR, OBS, SC/ST). Though the min like elig to clear the NEET exam is 50% for General category candidates which is 119 marks . I hope this was helpful for you. Wish you luck.

Hello Aspirant!

607 is  a very good score. You can get admission into a lot of medical colleges based on it. However, whether you can get admission into the above mentioned colleges or not, depends on what will be  the admission cut-offs  for the colleges this year.

In 2018, 2016 and 2015, the cut off for girls in AFMC was between 530 to 555. However, in 2017, it was 600. So cutoffs vary a lot every year.

For KGMC, around 635 to 650 marks are required to assure admission.

As long as a person is free from any disability, disease or condition (physical or mental) that can prevent him or her from exerting his or her duties as a physician he or she shall be acceptable in MBBS.

Basically you have to have the ability to work as a medical doctor (not necessarily a surgeon.)

You will have to obtain a ‘Medical Fitness Certificate’. Its not that hard to get. Just walk into any Govt. Hospital and submit a application for a Medical Fitness Certificate to the Superintendent or equivalent administrator of the hospital. They will check your weight, Blood group, and eye sight and ability to perform general work. If you have a disability, carry your disability certificate with you. Or you will have to apply for the same and get one.
