as your parent is a army person and ur determined to ait i.e army institute of technology..the cutoff marks havent yet released yet but the you can compare from last year i.e 2019 cutoff marks and base on that you can estimate
for computer engineering the cut off was 95.22%
for information technology it was 93.90%
for mechanical engineering it was 92.75%
for electronics and telecommunication it was 89.93%

SOA or ITER is good college. Placement is good. Top companies comes for placement. Academics is also good. facilities and infrastructure is world class. It is in the capital city of odisha so transportation is also easy both for railways and airways. Fee structure may be high.
Army institute of technology :- this college is also good and have good ratings and reviews. Placement activites and academics are top class. fee structure is 1.16 lpa which is okay and affordable.

BE and ME degree programs are offered by the Army Institute of Technology , which are AICTE approved and affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University.
This University offers admissions exclusively to the wards of army personnel.
As You are a girl child of ex serviceman , you can get admission in AIT Pune, if your father had served for 10 years.
As your percentile is also good ie 88.7 you have a decent chance for ait Pune and you might get computer science stream. You will have to present certificate number 1 ( ward of ex- army personnel who has taken discharge or released after ten years of service.)
eligibility criteria are
• must be qualified to jee main .
• candidate must have got 50% aggregate overall in 10+ 2 in physics xx maths and chemistry / biology / biotechnology.
• candidate must be ward of army personnel
Various scholarship ranging from 10,000 to 25,000 are offered to needy / deserving/ meritorious/ girl child , who are wards of army personnel.

AIT offers 300 seats for Engineering Course commencing in July 2020 (120 seats in Computer Engineering, 60 seats each in Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology and Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering,).
Only wards of serving/retired Army personnel are eligible to apply for admission to AIT. Children from other categories, that is those who are not wards of Army personnel, can be considered for admission only after considering wards of Army personnel.
AIT admission is based on the All India Ranking obtained in the Joint Entrance Exam. All applicants are therefore required to appear in JEE Main 2020, 1st / 2nd JEE (Main) 2020 or both and also apply to AIT for Admission.
So chances of a civilian getting selected are very less.

BE and ME degree programs are offered by the Army Institute of Technology . Admissions to the B.E. program requires students to be JEE Mains qualified along with 50% aggregate overall in 10+2 and in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology, etc. M.E. admissions requires applicants to qualify GATE and have 50% in a relevant field of B.E./B.Tech.

AIT, although compact at around 30 acres, offers commendable facilities such as a well-stocked library, club rooms, subject, and specific labs. Additionally, amenities like hostel accommodation, mess, canteen, and sports grounds are all available facilities.
The infrastructure of this college is very good, and they teach on projects. Their Wi-Fi is also good, with an average speed above 70 MB/s. They have a very disciplined library, as you can study from 8 to 10 PM to build your future. Mess food has many varieties and is very hygienic. In sports, it is very good, and some of the students also reached the national level.
The college has amazing sports facilities. Hostel, mess, laundry, etc. are the facilities available. There is a barber shop and it’s fee is included in the total fee we pay. There is a medical room for emergency along with a food court, a pizza shop, gym, Atm and boxing club. Squash court, supporting teachers for every sports.
