The college infrastructure is known to not be that much goodd. And in my case. I also have the same thought about the infrastructure not being good. As , some benches are known to be broken in many classes. Facilities ate lesser than other colleges. The Facilities like library that doesn't have much books. And hostels are known to be not provided. The living spaces are known to ve not clean and the food is not much hygienic.
I am studying BA PROG. (HISTORY+ POLITICAL SCIENCE) and i am studying this because of my interest in both subjects. The quality of teaching is very good. And i would say that the classes are very regular. But beacuse my curriculum i think don't have any updation . And the recent development is not there . Well i can say that for some students the study makes you job-ready but for weak students or those who don't attend classes majes you job-ready.
I don't think so there is any placements given by the college . For any student most of them are known to be average students. There were none students percentage placed and there no placemnet so there no salary package .
My course this year costs 13000 at most. And i don't think it is worth it as the fee structure is very poor . No i feel that i don't get my money's worth and its because there is no infrastructure , facilities or any other requirement fulfilled . I only agree about the studies that they are very good and are helpful with the lectures attended by me.
Well its very big area of a campus . But there are working of a new building and old building in one area. And some of the old buildings are left as it has been while collapsing at the past. There the wahsrooms are there . But the features are not that good. Students , Teachers and Support staff are friendly and helpful. The location is know to be outside area and the college is known to be an off campus. It's located near kair village. The location is unsafe as the area is of farming or forest near. No, i don't think it can handle emergencies.
Well, there can be development if there is an structure that can be maintained and for now i can only say this college is average for now. And many think in comparsion of other colleges this college is the worst but i can say in studies level its good. The student who are determined to study can have this college in option.
The college infrastructure is great and the campus is well maintained with clean bathrooms and organised and spacious library equipped with wide range of books with well maintained garden. Our college promotes greenery and fests
Experienced teachers with joyful nature. Various academic sources such as online study material’s and access to library are readily available. Therefore overall academic is good. Apart from classroom learni
There are no placement opportunities as it’s government college but Delhi university organises placement fests at higher level which includes all affiliated colleges and invite companies for final year students and provide them with a platform to showcase there talent
Our college infrastructure is very poor , facility were not provided and tha condition of our college is very bad there are over teens sheds in roof of our college , no exposures , no activity and no interest in our college
According to us our academic is good our teachers are very helpful and understanding. Our teachers is very particular about our studies and our marks they are supportive in every problem in academics .
I don't know about placements because I have Ba hons in political science so that I know is the placements of our college is not good . I don't think placements are there in my college because no one knows this college .
My course cost 13k which is good because obviously our college is government college and government colleges have low fees but from our 2 nd year our college is increasing our fees which is quite shocking ..
Campus is worst because of no exposure since I am here I have gain nothing on the name of knowledge and experience I have become dumb here lowest to lowest no english speaking nothing just go college study and come .
College infrastructure is not good at all if you are going for study you can go but don't go if you want a good infrastructure washrooms are not good classrooms are not good but moreover teachers are good .
Academics are good here teachers are well educated and well experienced they are so good and teaches very well they support childrens and cooperates with them they are really good teachers and see you like your own kid.
Placement are generally not given here normal placements are there like in the sector of LIC and sales but courses like bsc hons home science, bsc hons physics and many more bsc courses have don't have any placement.
Uhmm I'll tell you it's average as if you want good infrastructure it's not at all good but if you want to study and want good teachers then yes it is a good college and teachers are also good but infrastructure is bad washrooms are also not clean well .
My experience is not that bad here problem is it's very far from the location as from metro also it's almost half and hour far away this is the main problem overall it's good and I don't have any problem.
The college infrastructure aree very bad and the place was not so good and no others facilities in my college like no better washroom classes etc library was not so good and specially wifi problem and network issues.
The teacher was good in our college and highly educated the teach us very well but the classroom was not good we just take a degree and nothing is good in this college teacher will absent some day they will not come classes will cancel
No placement in this college around 1 or 2 percent students can get placement otherwise no one get placement in this college and the highest packege of the salary is minimum 10 lakh no offcourse not the placement process is not too much easy and the college was not supportive
The course fees is 12 thousand and that not too much fees but the college was not good and there infrastructure classrooms and bus service are too much bad per year course fees is 12 thousand thats ok
My college campus are too much bad no other activities in my college not any fest ni my college and other activities are engaged for students no any support form teachers and staff location are too much bad
Don't go on bhagini Nivedita college is totally not worth it not so gud environment and infrastructure area are too much bad so don't go on this college bus Service are too much bad teacher are not good and canteen are always closed no near by any canteen and specially the area was not so much good and that's girls college so offcourse that's not safe area for girls they waiting one or 2 hour for just bus no metro station are near by my college the college is just waste of money and nothing el
The college is very spacious, for students to roam around freely in there leisure time, great facilities for students especially science students because the labs are well maintained and clean, library is a great spot for students to study in between their classes. Food canteens are available and cold water tanks as well.
I’m a BA history student and I’m very satisfied with the teachers because of their ability to solve the queries of students because of their knowledge and experience. This college provides a great platform for you to showcase your talents in various events and lets you enhance your skills as well. I’m an NCC cadet, and I think the best thing about this college is NCC & NSS & various societies as well.
At this point, placements can be well described as Average because most of the students are pursuing BA course from this college and nowadays for a job the BA degree is not enough you need to have other valuable degree too, to get a placement.
If you’re looking for a college that has best & experienced teachers & a college that would provide you with a placement to enhance your co-curriculum skills you should definitely go for it.
It has everything thing like facilities, equipment and okay with infrastructure but sometimes there are cleaning issues. College has good library, labs for physics ,chemistry, computer ,evs ,adc and more
I'm studying computer application and economics and it is very effective for future and teachers teaches in very good and updated and understanding way. Also we are done praticals in our labs of computer
I heard from seniors Placements are good but i have no idea about higehest salary and all .yes placement process is easy for those students who has good grade like 8 cgpa or more. And rest students faces some difficulties but that is also ok. Yeah college is very supportive and
It is almost 15k cousre fee per year and it is total worth it.
Campus life is ok because teachers are supportive and students too and college Campus has good space and lots of greenery. Location is not so good but yeah it is safe because everyone is going i haven't seen any emergency so i have no idea.
It is excellent for education but the connectivity to college is not so good and infrastructure is also okay.
Bhagini Nivedita College, a women’s institution established in 1993 on the outskirts of Najafgarh (Kair village), offers a blend of basic infrastructure and some well-maintained facilities. The campus includes a sizable library with over 25,000 books, subscriptions to 54 journals and 12 newspapers, and a computerized library system with a book bank for underprivileged students . Its labs are discipline-specific—ranging from computer, food technology, nutrition and apparel design to physics—with well-equipped auditory and sports amenities, including badminton and volleyball courts, gym equipment (cycles, steppers, dumbbells), and an auditorium seating over 500 . The college ensures daily student connectivity via shuttle buses and enjoys Wi‑Fi coverage across campus . However, several student reviews consistently highlight deficiencies: dated classrooms with poor maintenance, dirty washrooms lacking proper ventilation or hygiene, weak Wi‑Fi connectivity, and a small, under-equipped canteen. Infrastructure is commonly described as "average to poor" and the isolated rural setting further accentuates these limitations .
Students emphasize that BNC's strongest asset is its faculty: caring, qualified, supportive, and attentive—making teaching a positive experience despite the infrastructural issues . Academically, the college scores well (4.1/5) with most students finding courses engaging and relevant .
Placement rates are modest. Some students receive offers (e.g., BSNL, Boat, Raymond), with average packages around ₹3–4 LPA, occasionally peaking at ₹8–12 LPA. However, opportunities are limited and vary by course stream .
Bhagini Nivedita College offers a very affordable fee structure, like most DU colleges, with annual tuition for B.A. and B.Sc. programmes generally ranging between ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per year. Given the high-quality faculty, good academic reputation in several subjects, and DU degree value, it can be considered decent value for money — especially for students from rural or lower-income backgrounds. However, the lack of modern infrastructure, limited placement opportunities, and remote location slightly reduce the overall value proposition when compared to other DU colleges in better-connected areas. While academically sound, the return in terms of industry exposure, internships, and career support is modest. For students who prioritize affordability + solid academics, it’s a reasonable choice. But those seeking strong placements, modern facilities, and vibrant city-campus life might find better value elsewhere within DU.
Located approximately 6.5 km from Najafgarh Metro, the college is tucked in a tranquil but isolated area, surrounded by farmland . Students enjoy the serene, pollution‑free environment, but note the lack of nearby amenities and transport challenges; many rely on shared cabs or shuttle services .
Bhagini Nivedita College is best suited for students who value dedicated faculty, a peaceful rural setting, and a range of academic programmes thoughtfully delivered—especially in arts, sciences, home science, etc. However, prospective students should weigh these strengths against the college’s underdeveloped infrastructure, limited placements, and transport constraints due to its remote location.
There is no proper management for students in class. The condition of classrooms and desks were so bad. No water and food facilities in college for students. And going to the college is also a task because it is too far from public transport you have to do struggle to reach college and college didn't take responsibility of transportation.
There was nothing to experience or enjoy this college. Only few teachers are good and serious about there job others were only attend the class for their time pass. Teachers were not serious not even in our exams to help and guide us.
There is no placements and career counselling in this college not even teachers guide us what we have to do in future. I did a computer language program there computers are not working we have to do codes in notebooks. So how can we get skills?
The college infrastructure is not too good Like the classroom, washroom, smart boards are not good. The washroom are very unhygienic. There is not any hostel facility. The classroom are very much average.
The only thing which is good in this college is their academic and the faculty are good. The teachers are very good. Their teachers style are excellent. Faculty are very supportive . I m pursuing Bsc physical science with computer science.
I have never heard about anyone getting placed. But there is a placement cell which is not responsive. Also most of the students have to go for masters because the placements condition is very average.
Yes it value for the money because of their faculty and their academics.
The campus life is to boring because there is no such places to hangout or to visit near this college. Not a single place to visit or any market.
