Daulat Ram College has been ranked 26th in the Colleges category as per NIRF 2025 ranking.
Infrastructure is not good. Sometimes, we even have classes till 6 pm because rooms aren't available for classes. Even once a brick fall on a student's back due to poor infrastructure.................
Academically it's a really good college. Professors are also cooperative. Readings are timely provided by professors. Group discussions are conducted to enhance the participation of students in academics.
I think there are rarely any placements provided by college in the field of history (my course of study). There are no placements provided by college in museums and archives (history related fields...
I don't think it's value for money as the fees is more than other DU colleges.
It's good if you make good friends.
No
The college has nice infrastructure and facilities. Good infrastructure with well-maintained classrooms, labs, and library. Wi-Fi and sports facilities are decent. Hostel and canteen need some improvement, but overall satisfying.
Excellent infrastructure with modern classrooms, well-equipped labs, rich library, reliable Wi-Fi, and good sports facilities. Hostels are well maintained and campus environment supports academic as well as personal growth.
"Placements are good with reputed companies visiting the campus regularly. Many students secure decent packages. Internship support is strong, though adding more core job opportunities would be beneficial.
Colleges infrastructure is almost mediocre. They do have the biggest auditorium in all of north campus. The labs are quite small. The classes are normal nothing too fancy. The canteen is effecient. The food is quite good.
Daulat ram is quite known for its academics. Their science department is one of the best. The faculty is very experienced and helpful. There are no leniency with studies. There are a lot of projects that help build a student's profile.
Placement cell is very effecient. They do conduct fairs and bring companies. It depends on the course you're studying. Commerce courses have a high chance of getting placements. A student always have to make their own efforts to try to get placed.
I think it is worth the amount of money that you pay in a year. The infrastructure could be better. More books could be added i the library. Washrooms can be well maintained. Money could be spent more efficiently.
Great campus life. Being a part of north campus changes a lot of things. The crowd is mixed but you can find of the best people. Exposure is amazing. Great faculty and the societies are very active. Students can get out of their comfort zone by joining these societies.
The college have All the necessary infrastructure, faculties and equipment. Departments have there own laboratories classrooms and necessary equipment and they all used and well maintained. The living spaces are clean and the food hygiene are also well maintained.
I am studying Bsc physics hons.and the quality of All teachers of teaching are good and they all are very helpful and kind.Yes, my curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field.
The quality of placements are very good and there are many placements in our college. The percentage of students were atleast 50 percent. The highest salary package offered was INR 23.05 LPA.thusbwas the highest package for the B.A program and also highest package at the college.
Good college structure and cleanliness, happy with it , will definitely recommend to someone I personally know I also the rank from 72 to 26 shows the hardwork of everyone, so in conclusion I say that it's a good college
Very good academic structure as well but the fee is not that reasonable as compared to other du colleges like the facilities are good but definitely not that worth to pay 34k , so pls work on that ...
I don't know about placements since I'm a 3yr student but I think for science students there is a less scope but for others I think they have more scope in placements, do I can't say much about that ..
The fee is not that much reasonable pr very cheap but definitely cheap than pvt college but still as compared to du clgs this one is charging more fees
It provides a well balanced infrastructure experience with strong points as well as some areas needing attention. The college boasts good laboratory facilities for science courses such as botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Psychology and Nutrition and health education. There is a special feature of having a Zebrafish lab for supporting student research and workshops. The main library is well lit with departmental sections, a reading hall and facilitation for differently abed students. There are computer lab also.
Academics at DRC are enriched through seminars, workshops, field trips, guest lectures and active departmental societies, which encourage intellectual growth beyond textbooks. The implementation of new education policy curriculum has introduced greater flexibility with value addition courses, electives and skill enhancement courses.
It offers good placement options although results depend on the course. The college has a dynamic placement cell, Vriddhi that conduct workshops CV Writing sessions, Interview preparation, and its annual placement fair incrementum.
The infrastructure of DRC is average. But it's better than most DU colleges. Our library is nice but its overcrowd sometimes. The sports centre is very average it lacks basic equipment. Network is bad.
The faculty at DRC are pretty good. They clear your basic concept however at the end you'll have to study yourself. Apart from that, most students here are very good at academics so you'll face competition
It's nice, as have opportunities coming in regularly. Our highest package was around 20 lakhs. However, the placement cell is not as active as other colleges. The opportunities do not cater to all the courses sometimes.
It could've been a bit cheaper considering the fees of other DU colleges.
The campus life is very nice since its a north campus college.
The expectations were really high but not at all satisfying at all, the fees is high, so ACs can be installed, but our college does not support that . Campus is too small, and the infrastructure is not that good. All the classrooms have no proper ACs.
Academics are really good The faculty is quite respected and good in their own field. Academics are really good. Our college is academic oriented, and but our college is having more potential, so we can work more on the academics .
Placement is quite good and the placement cell is also active and but not all the student get their desired placement and an average ratio of the students who get placement are 10% only so we should work on the placement. Overall the placement is good.
Our college demands maximum fees in the DU whole colleges, but the facilities provided by the colleges are not that appropriate according to the amount of the money . There is always a funds issue in our college related to all the societies because the college is not funding. Anything properly.
Campus is too small comparison to the other colleges of the north campus and it’s not that proper hygienic the recycle unit and that area is bit too stinky and not properly cleaned but overall the campus is average.
College should hear the voice of the student not solely the voice of the professors because the college is for students . The college should work on more issues faced by the college related to infrastructure, campus life and others . The college student are very much talented but the environment is not at all motivating . Thankyou
Honestly inwould say it’s just like a normal du college and i would rate it a 7 out of 10. If you are in psych dept or and med course you’re going to get ac labs and separate department as well. It’s fine overall
Professors are really really good. But you have to initiate first. They’re so sweet and if you ask them tons of questions they’ll guide you through. You just have to hi and ask literally. Most of them are just amazing
No idea about placements. For internships also you have to go out and look up for yourself. Many good opportunities yo volunteer or join good centres is surely there. Again, yiu just need to be active.
Having a good infrastructure. teachers were highly interactive . Classroom conditions were upto the mark only despite of few rooms . Canteen also serves good food . Alloted rooms were also in good condition
I studies economics there . Teachers were good. And take part in interactive activities .The teachers were keep on updating us with the updated curriculum and the basic guidelines of du . Also help in other terms .
Our college placement cell was good .They keep on interacting with you regarding the placements and internship . also guided in you terms of how to update your cv and add it your extra curriculum activities

Hello,
In general, percentage cutoff will be 60%-75%. for top and recognized college and universities it will be above 80 to 95%.
for current year, cutoff may not follow previous year trends as it will also depend on how students has performed in current year. There will be some changes as the normal flow of process got stopped.
as of now, colleges are closed till july 31st. You can look for updates in the official webpage of the college in which you are interested.
Hope it helps!
