Daulat Ram College has been ranked 26th in the Colleges category as per NIRF 2025 ranking.
The college is good, there is greenery everywhere, the garden is very beautiful, it was very nice to see, there is a library, canteen, Amul, Nescafe, everything is there in the campus, there is a gym as well
It is very good, all the classes are scheduled, the timetable is very good, everything is understood, I am studying philosophy and am enjoying it, it is interesting, the teacher explains everything very well.
The quality is too good, I am a fresher so I don't have much idea, but in Daulat Ram clg there are very good placements but all the famous companies have come and given interviews. Children with skills get placement
The fees are too high, it should not be so high because many children come every way, the rich middle class. fees should not be so high
Campus life is very good, I am enjoying it, I am getting the vibes of Delhi University, I feel much safer in the girls' college, no judgement, everything is going well. The society is very large, it feels good to explore it
Fees are too expensive, please reduce it
Daulat Ram College infrastructure offers well-equipped classrooms, science labs, and an air-conditioned library with over 1 lakh books. The auditorium and sports facilities add to campus life. Wi-Fi is limited; some classrooms lack AC, and maintenance needs improvement. Overall, the infrastructure enables a decent academic environment, though enhancements could uplift student comfort and experience
Daulat Ram College has a strong academic reputation with experienced and supportive faculty. It offers diverse courses in Arts, Commerce, and Science, focusing on timely syllabus completion and practical learning. The learning environment is positive and encourages student participation. The college has a decent placement cell mainly benefiting commerce and humanities students, with average packages around ₹3-5 LPA.
Daulat Ram College has an active placement cell named Vriddhi that organizes job fairs, internships, and workshops. In 2024, over 40 companies like Accenture, Deloitte, and De Shaw & Co participated, offering the highest package of around ₹23 LPA and an average of ₹6.47 LPA. Placement rates range between 60-80%, with around 80 students placed in 2024.
Daulat Ram College offers moderate value for money. The fees are higher compared to some North Campus colleges, but the college provides decent academics, a supportive faculty, and good placement opportunities, especially for commerce students. Infrastructure is average with some issues in classrooms and facilities, which slightly impacts the overall experience.
Daulat Ram College campus life is vibrant and diverse, with many active societies like dance, music, drama, and fashion that help students grow personally and socially. The college regularly hosts cultural fests, seminars, and workshops, creating a lively atmosphere. Faculty members are supportive and approachable, and students enjoy a positive environment with no attendance pressure.
honestly, the infrastructure of our college is pretty average but it's fine. although they're building some more buildings so it's good. we do need ac's in every class tho. it's kinda unbearable without ac's in summers.
the teaching faculty is great at least for my course. i don't know much about other courses' faculty but yeah I think they'll be good too. they're friendly and knows how to teach. overall they're nice.
there's a placement cell in our college and many companies do visit our college. we also have a job fare named incrementum where a lot of companies come to offer placements and internships so yeah there are job opportunities.
yeah it does provide value for money.
it's pretty average for my taste.
nope
The infrastructure is not the best with bad washrooms and inadequate classrooms. But the construction of another building has almost finished so the situation must get better. The library also lacks space to sit.
In terms of academics i think the college brings together a really smart bunch of students and helpful and encouraging faculty. With a good library and wholesome environment, learning becomes fun and enriching.
The placement cell works hard to bring in opportunities for internships and placement for the students. Webinars, workshops and talks are conducted often. But the opportunities are not equal for different courses.
Daulat Ram college has well maintained classrooms, labs, library, sports facilities and hostel. Living spaces are clean, food is hygienic and facilities support both academics and activities. The library is very spacious.
I am currently studying BCom hons. Quality of teaching is good . It is somehow traditional style. Curriculum is fully updated but one must be skill oriented to be truly job ready. So be ready to work upon that as well.
Placement is decent mainly for commerce and economics. The average package remains in the range of Rs 4 LPA-6LPA. The placement process is very smooth. Vriddhi- the placement cell of daulat Ram college guides students properly on the upcoming opportunities and interview process.
My course cost around Rs 32000 per year. I think it’s worth the money as compared to private colleges . But as compared to other north campus colleges , it’s a bit expensive also. But I think it’s worth it also because placement opportunities are good .
Daulat Ram College has a green, compact campus with clean classrooms, washrooms, library and sports facilities. Students here enjoy feats, societies and sports also. Teachers and staff are supportive. Location is central and it’s an all girls college so it’s very much safe also.
Fine but more classrooms that too spacious ones are required. Wifi connection for entire college campus is needed. Air conditioners does not function well. Big Sports ground. Campus is good. overall fine.
Faculty is good and empathetic.,, Variety of Courses. Helpful optional papers. Very haphazard time table, difficult to manage for people living faraway. Also optional classes till 5 or 6 PM is worst.
Have heard that there is not much placements for Arts and science courses. Majorly it is for Commerce and Economics courses. Not experienced personally so far but many huge companies offer placements.
Very high fees but facilities are not as high. Average 30k to 36k yearly for all courses. Fees varies course to course. But still not desirable. Also transportation cost adds more to it. Very expensive.
Active societies. Fests are conducted for evey department. Webinars and seminars are conducted timely. Annual fest Manjari is a centre of attention. Enough space in the campus for fests and all. Overall Good.
Timings for classes are not properly organised. Hours of Gap between classes. Classes till 5 or 6 PM unsuitable for students living faraway from the college.
Poor infrastructure, lack of proper equipment and facilities, unhygienic washrooms, no ACs in majority of classrooms, classrooms are also insufficient in number for taking classes of such large no. of students. They become stuffy and suffocating in the scorching summers due to no AC, or even if there's AC in some classrooms, majority of them don't work. Extreme network issues on the entire campus, with internet hardly working in a limited number of areas. Lot of maintenance and development is needed in terms of infrastructure
The faculty of most of the departments is good and knowledgeable, though some of them lack proper teaching skills. They are unable to impart the knowledge effectively, because of which students have to study by themselves at the end. There are some teachers who are unable to speak proper english because of which students are unable to understand their teaching.
I'm from psychology where we don't get any placements, so i don't have any idea about the placements at DRC in general. But I have heard instances of people getting high LPA packages as beginners, mostly commerce students, if they work hard.
Decent value for money if you come to DRC.
Since it's an all girls college, the evironment is very safe. But it does get boring sometimes. However, there is a large number of active societies in DRC where students can engage themselves. There are also numerous events and fests held from time to time. The location is good, right at the centre of North campus, e rickshaws and buses are readily available.
The college has a big campus, big hall and now a newly built block. The sports complex is so big. The campus is so lively. So aesthetic with parks, greenery and swings. The Cafeteria area is also very nice.
The professor are more of our mentors they guide us alot. There's a mental health counselor too for free. Where you can discuss about your mental health one to one without any fee and full privacy. There are also dedicated mentor for you to guide you throughout.
The placement is also very good, it has significantly increased in these few years and growing. The placement also happens in top 4 companies. The package are from medium to high. Now it depends on your caliber, otherwise the college offers a lot.
It is obviously money worthy as it's being a government college.
The campus life is so good and genz, you just need to have a similar mindset group otherwise college give you a lot of opportunities to enjoy with your companies.
It is in the Top 5 College of North Campus.
College is nice but the infrastructure is not that good. Although a new building is under-construction right now. But the old building is kinda small and sometimes we are not able to find rooms to take classes as students. Because of the lack of infrastructure
Academics of Daulat Ram college is nice. College have good faculty members who know about there papers and subjects and not just teaching otherwise. Specially in my department faculty and academics is good.
Daulat Ram college do provide placements to students. Many companies are in contact with the pcell. In the college we have a placement cell in which students can enroll and can get placements. Although placements are more for bcom hons and eco hons kindaa courses but stilll.
College infrastructure is good large ground parka greenery And sports complex/ lliberay hostel / cafeteria area computer lab science lab almost re there and good overall are good and new building also made it
Good in academic teachers are good and teaches best and programs also done in college and different types of program held by departments and provide facility knowledge gain program academic program are
I don't know about it in my department didn't provide any paclwmwnt but I see almost placement program held ib college of other departments but in my hindi department other program held but not placements
High profile people can afford it lower class and medium class people can't afford it fee is too high and see for the good placement college this college not be done for it
Good

In general, percentage cutoff will be 60%-75%. for top and recognized college and universities it will be above 80 to 95%.
for current year, cutoff may not follow previous year trends as it will also depend on how students has performed in current year. There will be some changes as the normal flow of process got stopped.
as of now, colleges are closed till july 31st. You can look for updates in the official webpage of the college in which you are interested.
Hope it helps!
