Perhaps if you are appearing for CAT and want to complete your MBA itself in Uttarahand, IIM Kashipur followed by Department of Management Studies, IIT Roorkee may be better options providing effective management education.

As you have mentioned that you are from Jammu and Kashmir and you have passed only class 12th from Rajasthan so to get admission under Rajasthan domicile you must have been the resident of Rajasthan for at least 10 years but you do not fulfil this so you have to register for CSAB Counselling under J&K domicile only. So you should submit the state of eligibility for Jammu & Kashmir.

DIT is an private institution offering nice placement opportunities are immense. Good location and infrastructure, average faculty and placement. Placements: I passed from DIT in 2017. As per my vision CSE and IT are the strongest branch of DIT in terms of placements as Infosys, Wipro and even Cognizant comes for campus recruitment. but infrastructure in DIT is very low and there are temporary reviews .

Kindly go for chitkara or some other colleges than DIT ,which are based in IT sector serving areas, because there only companies gets attracted.

In terms of Fee Structure DIT has an upper hand over GEU . Rest in all the parameters GEU is better than DIT . Placement record is very good . All the teaching staff is from top colleges ( IIT’S, NIT'S and even foreign universities). Infrastructure is well built and labs are best amongst it's class.
