If you wish to take admission in the top MBA colleges then admission is on the basis of MBA exams like CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT etc. If you are looking for direct admission without any MBA exams then you might get some of the colleges through management quota but those colleges are not so good in every parameter & it doesn't have the value of completing MBA from there in comparision of top B-Schools.

First of all congratulations for getting good rank but it's really hard to get admission in OU based on your rank and caste

According to 2018 cutoff rank for osmania University is 83 for OC girl 

But there is a chance of getting MCA in osmania University cutoff rank 1860

But there is a chance of getting admission in other colleges like

• BVRIT
• Cbit 
• Avanthi PG College etc 

Cutoff rank changes year to year try your luck

Sorry to say this but MBA in health care is not in the course list of Osmania University. There are four courses only available which are General, human resource management, Marketing and finance.

Check the last year’s cutoff criterion of Osmania University to know whether you are eligible for admission to OU or not. The official cutoff for this year is expected to declared soon by different colleges/institutes/Universities.
