The DMS, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur provides 3 boys hostels with accommodation of over 800 students. The hostels are well furnished with good infrastructural facilities. Mess facilities are also available. 

DMS, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur offers one girls hostel with over 430 girl students. Furthermore, a dedicated recreation hall is available for leisure activities, complemented by meal services through the hostel mess facilities.
