Hi,
Well FM's and jmi do have a good executive MBA program and FMS is prized to have an amazing opportunity for students. But as far as executive MBA is concerned, placements can be less as compared to the full time MBA program in both the places. There is no specific data available about the placement of executive MBA program but it is less as compared to the flagship programmes.
I hope this helps.
All the best.
CAT has 3 sections QA, DLRI and VARC. The scaled scores of these 3 sections will be calculated to come up with a composite score. 30% weightage is given to QA section, 30% weightage is given to DLRI and 40% weightage is given to VARC. For example, if a Candidate has scored 76 in QA, 74 in DLRI and 65 in VARC, then the composite score will be calculated as: 76(30%) + 74(30%) + 65(40%). This is approximately 71 for a Male Candidate. And for promoting Gender Diversity, 3 marks are added to t his composite score for Female Candidates. I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!
Dear aspirant,
As you are from CW1 category and considering your academic results and also that you want to know about the cat percentile to convert FMS delhi. See to get fms you need a very high score in cat atleast 99.6-99.7+ . But it can vary according to some factors.
Hello student,
Each year Indian Institute of Management, conducts Common Aptitude Test or CAT examination to provide admission in MBA degree to various IIMs and business schools.
Actually the cutoff trend changes every year.and it depends upon some factors like total number of students difficulty of paper slot etc. However here is a short cut off percentile list of top IIMs
Hey,
You have a pretty decent academic profile with a very good CAT percentile. Since you belong to obc category you might expect a call from them but being a male engineer can create a problem. But still keep your hopes high. Since FMS consider the overall composite score, converting the call without considering gdpi score might give you lesser chances. You need to get a good score in them too. But as you said the gd might get cancelled due to pandemic but the PI wouod probably take place virtually. Also FMS might release their shortlist by this week tentatively.
You can also check the link below for further queries regarding FMS-

Hello Ravi rathod
I hope you are doing good. I would like to know you that you have a good score in 10+2 and bachelors . At your score you are eligibile for appearing the CAT exam which score is considered in admission procedure of IIMS and FMS. For your information , I would like to tell you that you should have atleast 90 percentile in cat for getting a call from IIMS and faculty insitute of management studies . I would suggest you to make a proper roadmap and prepare accordingly
If you have any other doubt then you can always reach us to clear them :)
we are always available to help you out and guide you
Thankyou
Hey,
Well you do have a chance to get an admission if you perform brilliant in your CAT and the subsequent rounds of Fms, DU. FMS do look up for past academic records and give points for it but they don't give it much importance if you do well in your CAT result and then the subsequent rounds of it like GD, PI, extempore speech. You need to give your best and keep a target of getting 99+ percentile and nothing less if you're a GEM (General engineering male).
Hope this helps.
The infrastructure is different from department to department. Some departments have really high-tech facilities, and others are pretty basic. Libraries are fantastic for marketing resources. There are some problems with parking and Wi-Fi on many campuses.
The infrastructure is above average. It has all facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, A/C classrooms, library and medical facilities. Labs and classrooms are air-conditioned and contain all the required material. The mess was also designed well, and the food was awesome.
We are having one of the highest faculty to students ratio and average experience of faculty is around 20 years , combined this with the rich fu network , we are able to access different databases . And infrastructure also good .
