M sorry but with this percentile you won't get the government college of engineering, karad . Infact with this svcore any government college is a long shot . But you can try for private colleges as they do not keep. The bar high.

So you must go for any private college .

Your JEE Mains percentile is of no use to get admission as it it very very low due to which your rank is very very high. I suggest you to look for some good private institutions and take admission there as soon as possible because admisssions are going on seats will get fill up fast in good institutions.

So you need to use the help of a rank predictor to know the range of your marks . You need to specify your 12th stream and also individual marks in PCM subjects . But according to my estimation chances of getting into a Government college are not so high but it also depends on your category so do not lose hope. Also apply at all private colleges because you have a high chance of admission.

Both the colleges are eminent college in maharashtra . So it is difficult to choose as both doing well .But Its obviously Government College of engineering, Karad is better option. As it is Govt. autonomos institute of maharashtra so the administration is very much of that sort. The academic syllabus is upgraded as per industry requirement as it is autonomous college. As it is one of the older college so it has older construction building and now they are doing new infrastructure for various department. The main point is placemenrt as it is govt college many companies visited college campus including both IT and core MNC's. So they have decent placement apportunity. The brand of govt college plays important role in future perpose.

Now considering Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering permanently affilited by Sawitribai Phule Pune University. PCCOE is one of the best private institute in Pune. It is one of the fastest growing institute in Pune. As it is private institute fees will be more as compared to govt. COE, Karad. PCCOE is best for the placements , college having good placement record in recent years. As college situated in Pune various IT companies visited campus with bulk recruitment. Fee structure of Government college of engineering Karad is nearly 2,24,000 only.

I am talking about college fee only there will be some exam fee like 1500 and i am excluded college / mess fee.
