you can get the information regarding fee structure from the official website of the college.

It is arround 78001/- for open/ defence/EBC/STC/PTC 

63001/- for TFWS

4501/- for SC

37001/- for ST/OBC/NT1/NT2/NT3

this fee structure is for B.tech first year 2017-2018 batch, rest you can visit the official website.

Yes in most of the colleges there is a facility of Lateral entry so you can get a migration certificate from the previous university and get it submitted to your new college and all done.
