The Central Library of Govt. Degree College, Kamalpur is one of the open-access automated Libraries. This caters mainly to the students and staff members of the institution. Reading Room facility, No of Books- 13136, Journals subscribed-3.

The College has a large playground which is used for various sports activities including football and cricket. For the indoor games, there is a well-equipped Indoor Sports Hall on the college campus.  

The College has 20 PCs with OFC internet connection(BSNL) under the NME-ICT scheme of MHRD.

The college has an auditorium “Bimal Singha Savagriha” which is a well-equipped hall with a seating capacity of 700, where cultural programs, seminars, and workshops are held throughout the year.

The College has a language lab with 11 seats equipped with a microphone Headsets and a slide projector for the development of Soft Skills of students with special emphasis on the development of Spoken English skills and also has Laboratories for running B.Sc Pass Chemistry and Physics Classes.
