Hello aspirant,
firstly congrats on getting such a great rank in your WBJEE examination.
so,the choice of college depends on various factors like cutoffs of colleges, seats available, stream selection and many more.you can check all the colleges available in your location on the careers 360 web page and can also compare various colleges on different parameters.but i request you to wait for the final lists of the colleges.
Happy learning.

Dear Aspirants ,
yes you are eligible for government engineering college but almost every government engineering college admission is basis on Jee (Joint entrance exam ) for btech and 12th marks is mandatory but you have to good score in JEE then only you get admission in Government college and both jee and 12th marks are mandatory for admission ..
I hope you will understand
Thanks and best of luck
Yes Absolutely !! you are eligible. In order to secure a seat at a engineering college in Tamil Nadu, you need to clear TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions) exam. The eligibility to sit for the exam is 40% aggregate marks in 12th class in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics for the reserved category students . Since you have scored over the required percentage you are eligible for taking up engineering.
The cut off marks for TNEA will be fixed by the Anna University to shortlist the candidates for further rounds of the admission process. You need to secure the minimum qualifying marks decided by the university. Percentage of seats reserved for SC under TNEA :
Scheduled Caste - 15% , Scheduled Caste (Arunthathiyars) - 3%
Please check the following link which contains the cutoff of various colleges that falls under the gambit of TNEA.

All the best !!!
The campus is good you'll get most of engineering related equipment which used in learning engineering and practical uses of application. And not sure about canteen because it's changed. You need to rely on outside food. Outside the campus
