According to your percentile your rank would be around 1,56,500. On the basis of this rank all NITs and IIITs are off limit.
You can get very low tier government colleges or you can try for private colleges like BITS, VIT, SRM University, etc.
I would suggest you to prepare yourself for next session of JEE-Main which is going to be held in month of May.

see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on some factors like number of participants, questions difficulty level , seat matrix etc, see at this score you have no chances for nits , however you may apply for state government engineering colleges. jee main april session exam is yet to held and if number of candidates increase this time it will have effect on your current score and ranking.

The campus is good you'll get most of engineering related equipment which used in learning engineering and practical uses of application. And not sure about canteen because it's changed. You need to rely on outside food. Outside the campus
