Hello student,
Hostel fee is always excluded from the semester fee. Many colleges follow the same and you need to pay additional amount if you want to prefer for hostel in that college. This is maybe due to dayscholar students who didn't require hostel facility. So they mention only semester fee in all of the advertisements, etc
Hope this helps
Thank you
You haven't mentioned the name of the examination for which you want to know the admission chances, nor mentioned the subject combination or the name of the course. It would be better for us to answer you precisely if you restructure your question and ask again including all the necessary details. Usually, you need domicile for only National level exams such as NEET, Jee etc., For other states, it may be bonafied or just your merit.
Hope you understand.
Good luck!
