The two year Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) offered by Great Lakes, Gurgaon, designed for young leaders with less than 3 years of work experience, is a world class general management program offering a unique learning experience with cutting edge curriculum, experiential learning and deep industry engagement.

The Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) program has been designed keeping in mind the business requirements of the future in close enagagement with the industry and is approved by AICTE. The course helps the students to develop into business-ready managers, capable of responding to complex business requirements that arise in a changing global business environment.

Eligibility Criteria

All applicants are required to appear for GMAT^x/CAT^*/XAT⁺ before applying to Great Lakes Institute of Management.
For PGDM 2025 Intake, Great Lakes Institute of Management will accept scores of GMAT taken after 1st January 2022, CAT taken in 2023/2024, XAT taken in 2024/2025.
All applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution and minimum 60% score across 10^th/12^th/Undgraduation.
Freshers and candidates with strictly less than 36 months of work experience as on 30th June 2025 ONLY are eligible to apply.
Candidates with 2-3 years of work experience by 30th April 2025 are encouraged to apply for the One Year Flagship PGPM. They are also eligible to apply for the Two year PGDM.
In case an eligible candidate would like to apply for both the programs, they may do so by filling the application forms for both PGPM and PGDM separately. Candidates will be evaluated based on the respective program’s admission criteria. The admissions panel may also recommend the candidates for a specific program based on the assessment and program fit.
There will be a special preference for College / University rank holders in terms of an extra weightage gained as part of the selection process. The onus of proof of rank is vested in the applicant.

Admission Details

Applicants are evaluated based on GMAT/CAT/XAT/ scores, past academic performance, essays, work experience and performance in the personal interview. The selection process builds in a criterion that facilitates evaluating each applicant on:

College Infrastructure

The college has a huge campus with modern facilities classrooms are well equipped with latest technology library and computer labs are available for student hostel and mess facilities are available for students sports facilities such as basketball court badminton and some indoor games like Tennis and gym are also available

College Infrastructure

Great lakes has a very lush green campus with all amenities campus has all sports grounds like that they are two badminton court, one basketball, tennis, football, cricket crown. All of all these things are there and three boys hostel and one and two girls hostel also which make it complete package for a good college.

College Infrastructure

Our college is located in Bilaspur town near Gurgaon, and it has a lush green campus and world-class facilities. All basic facilities are available on the campus like gym, sports ground, badminton court, cafeteria, etc. The mess food is also decent, which provides all regions food with a good balance.
