Yes, you can get your fees paid during counselling refunded if you cancel or drop your admission procedures are the Haldia Institute of Technology. You will not get the whole amount because some will be deducted by the college authorities as counselling fees; the remaining will be given to you.

You will not get any government college on this rank. You can take admission in private colleges.Now you have to choose in which state you want to take admission and how much fee you can afford.
