Hey Monika,
The most popular courses in IBS Hyderabad (ICFAI) are MBA/PGDM and BBA.
Although, the college offers 38 courses in 4 streams and 13 specializations. Courses other than the above mentioned ones are Executive MBA/PGDM, Ph.D. in streams of business and management studies, IT and software, banking, finance and insurance, accounting and commerce.
Hope it helps.
Good Luck!
Hello Aspirant...
According to my research ITM Navi Mumbai is better than the IBS Hyderabad. Basing on the fee structure IBS costs around 15-16 lakhs where as ITM costs around 11 lakhs. I think it's a very big difference. Not only on the the cost factor coming to the placements ITM Mumbai gives you a 100% placement assurance in good companies than IBS Hyderabad.so you must carefully choose your next step to make a bright future.
All the Best...
Hi...
IBS Hyderabad has an unique and innovative approach to business education, that focuses on providing the right knowledge, imparting the right skills for enduring success in management careers, and shaping the right attitudes.
ROI depends on your graduation background and your ability to learn and explore during your MBA study.
I think its a very expensive college and does not gives a student the justice for the fees what they pay. They will charge you around 16–18 lakhs and will provide you with the average package of 6–7 lakhs. But here comes the catch if you have no other options left then this might be the best option for you because the quality of MBA they provide is good. The intake in IBS Hyderabad is 1200 students and there is no 100 percent guarantee of the placements.
The more you learn and connect the theory to corporate situations, it will be beneficial for you to explain your learning & understanding while your GDPI rounds during placements. Do some homework and list down the institutes and their placement data.
You can concentrate on other exams like CAT which gives you a lot many options of choosing colleges like IIMs , IIFT for MBA in foreign trade and other exams like MAT and XAT can also be written rather than IBSAT , which is considered for only ICFAI colleges.
Best luck...

Hi Kevin
The cut off for IBS Hyderabad depends on the difficulty level of the paper as well as other factors like how other students have performed. IBS does not officially release the NMAT cutoffs.
Although a score of 150+ would be decent enough to clear the cutoffs this year. All the best for the results.
Hi Mrinal,
Agriculture Business Management is there for pursuing the higher degree. It is a specialized course in MBA program for 2 years. This subject mainly deals with the business aspects related to the agriculture production and its international trading scenarios. Agriculture Business Management is mainly offered in premier B-Schools. You will get to learn to make business decisions that could sustain for reducing the risks while working inside the sector of agriculture.
The scope of agriculture business management is also good in India as the commercial agriculture have some exceptional potential in this country. There is also a huge demand of professional managers after the agriculture processes turned into the business practice. The growth rate of this sector is also good and constantly rising through various initiatives from both government and private sectors.
List of Best Colleges that have Agribusiness management course are mentioned below:
1. IIM, Ahmedabad
2. IIM, Lucknow
3. Doon Business School, Dehradun
4. Symbiosis Institute of International Business, Pune
5. Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi
From the moment I arrived at IBS Hyderabad, the sheer size of the 90-acre campus caught my attention. The buildings are modern, and the classrooms are generally well-equipped with projectors and sound systems. There’s also a robust Wi-Fi network that makes online research and group projects more convenient. The library—spanning multiple floors—offers an extensive collection of books, journals, and databases, which I find very helpful for case studies and assignments. However, because the campus is quite large, getting from one corner to another can be time-consuming, and some facilities (like certain hostel blocks) could use more regular maintenance
We have a very good college infrastructure like digital boards in all classrooms, lecture theatres and lecture halls. It is peaceful here as it is far away from city. Wifi is there throughout the campus except mess halls.
ICFAI has good infrastructure. They maintain high security. No one can enter without ID cards. It's is smoke free and drug free campus. They don't even allow vehicles inside the college. There is separate parking area for the student vehicles.
