Yes there is a chance of getting a seat in IES via reserved category. Mostly it depends which branch you are going for. Last year the end cut was around 3k for getting a seat in IET through reserved category. So all the best and go ahead, you may bag a seat till final round of counselling.

Congratulations for getting good rank in UPSEE 2020. According to the last some years cut offs sorry to say but you have very very less chances of getting admission into this institution because the cut offs for this institution are generally very high. If the chances ay get create then that will be in chemical engineering only.

Congratulations for getting good rank in UPSEE 2020. According to last some years cut offs the prediction of chances of admission is little bit of difficult task because the cut off rank for both year are changed abruptly so the prediction is difficult. But yes you have chance of admission this institution with this rank but as cut offs may vary year to year so you have to pan accordingly.

Considering the cut of fin 2019 you have chances of getting seat in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering in Institute of Engineering and Technology, Lucknow. In 2019 a candidate belonging to GNAF with rank 782 secured seat in Institute of Engineering and Technology, Lucknow in Computer Science Engineering in round 4 of counselling. Considering this you may not get seat in this college. Depending on number of seats available, difficulty of exam and number of candidates qualified etc.

In 2019 round 4 of counselling a candidate with rank 104 (General girl rank) secured seat in Institute of Engineering and Technology, Lucknow. Considering this it is difficult to get seat in this college. Now, assuming that you have secured this much rank from general category then congratulations you did very well in exams.
As your preferred branch is Computer Science Engineering in IET Lucknow or kNIT Sultanpur then it is not possible for you to get this branch even if you belong from home state quota or All India quota.
Because last year the cutoff closing ranks for cse branch for general category students was :-
IET LUCKNOW :-
Home state candidates - 534
Other state candidates - 294
KNIT SULTANPUR :-
Home state candidates - 1052
Other state candidates - 1142
So getting cse branch in these two colleges is not possible, but still add your rank is good then apart from cse you can get other good branches too.

As per seeing the last year cutoff closing ranks for bcgl category on basis of genral merit ranks, even in spot round counseling, you cannot get any seat.
Last year the highest cutoff closing ranks for obc girl candidates on basis of their genral merit rank was - 5899 (for chemical engineering in round 4 counseling).
So, as your general merit rank is much far away from this much rank, then you cannot get iet lucknow.

The infrastructure of IET Lucknow is well-equipped and efficient for students. The hostel and library amenities are reliable, and the Wi-Fi connection is stable throughout the campus. The campus is safe, and hostel entry is controlled appropriately. Classrooms have projectors and adequate seating.

College Infrastructure
The infrastructure of the college is in shambles to tell frankly. The library has strange restrictions for taking up laptops. Classrooms and labs are okay with satisfactory and Wi-Fi connections are provided. Hostels are terrible. Food is tasteless and only one canteen is there on campus. The sports complex of college has been under construction for past few years with yet no completion in sight.
College life and academics both are good

College Infrastructure
The library is good; all books are available in our college library. There is no need to buy books from outside as the library allows borrowing books for a particular time. Classes are fully modern and clean. The computer labs are also clean, and all systems are in running condition. Wi-Fi facility is available but does not work properly.
