The closing rank 2017 of civil engineering in Lucknow IET college was 2380 for general category. For obc it was 3091and for sc it was 8493. The closing ranks can have some deviations it can't be 100% accurate.

The cut offs are not specifically defined. It varies for different colleges. You have secured good rank, there are high chances of your admission through lateral entry in IET, Lucknow. Wait for the official cut off release and then apply accordingly.
