Yes, you can definitely get into IET lucknow. The cut off was nearly 1240 for cs last year.

As per your rank and last years records, the cut off for IET LUCKNOW was 405 as for ranks for computer science engineering. Thus, you stand a fair chance to secure a seat. 

The cut off is the minimum marks which candidates have to secured in the examination to qualify the examination.
