Hello student,
Congratulations for scoring such great percentile in MHTCET 2021. With this great percentile, you can get admission in some of the good colleges in the state. Moreover, as you are NT category student, your chances of admission improve drastically.
With this qualifications, I think that you have quite fair chances of admission in DY Patil Pimpri for CS/IT/ENTC. You can also try for institutional rounds after the CAP admission process

Dear aspirant,
I would recommend you to go for asaam University Silchar . I would compare the two colleges on the basis of three things placements, faculty, campus(including hostel mess).
So, in terms of placements Assam University in cse branch has an upper hand because in gurughasidas majorly mass recruiting companies like tcs , wipro, Infosys , Accenture while that's not the case in Assam University. The faculty of both colleges are pretty average. The hostel and mess of guru ghasidas is not good enough . You will get bored of it from the beginning itself.
