IJIET is a better engineering college for computer science. You would find good opportunities and ambiance of that college is quite decent. 40% of the students get placed every year so  make sure to work hard if want to sit for placement.

GKIT, Malda is a government engineering college affiliated by Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, Kolkata . The college offers admission to the UG courses on the basis of JEE Main , WBJEE . The college have only two courses for BTech this are:

The cut off for CSE and other computer related branches in silicon institute of Technology is around  160000 for the students belonging to general category.  Even for the other category students the closing rank is around 300000. So the answer to your question is NO , you won't be able to get CSE or similar branch.

As I have searched there is no fee structure for admission in in Ambedkar Institute of Technology via COMEDK. However there are two fees structure one for Karnataka students which is 30200/yr while for non Karnataka students the fees 31700/yr.
