According to me, ITM would be good as it is a reputed college and is counted among the top B-Schools of Mumbai. It is good for all the specializations but is best for HR.

IBS business school, Hyderabad is ranked 8 in MBA.

BIMM, pune is ranked 29th in MBA

ITM business school, Navi Mumbai is ranked 32nd in MBA

So as per the ranking, IBS business school is best for hr mba.

And then you can check out SIES Navi Mumbai, UBS Mumbai and Shiv Nadar University. But  try to check out some other colleges also especially those who offer only MBA degree.

According to my research ITM Navi Mumbai is better than the IBS Hyderabad. Basing on the fee structure IBS costs around 15-16 lakhs where as ITM costs around 11 lakhs.
