The infrastructure back then was average, but functional and sufficient for academic purposes. The library was a strong point, offering a wide collection of technical and reference books. Wi-Fi access was available throughout the campus and worked reliably. The hostel food was average, but manageable.
The faculty in the MCA department was knowledgeable, supportive, and held M.Tech or Ph.D. degrees. The course curriculum at the time wasn’t fully aligned with current industry trends, especially in fast-evolving areas like mobile development or data analytics. That said, the semester exams were not too difficult, and with one week of focused preparation, most students were able to perform well.
During my time at J.P. Institute of Engineering and Technology, the placement scenario for MCA students was decent. About 60% of students from our batch were placed through campus recruitment drives. The highest package offered was around 43 LPA, while the lowest was close to 4 LPA, and the average hovered around 5–6 LPA. Companies like Razorpay, TCS, Infosys, and Capgemini visited for placements.
The CSE department's infrastructure is reasonably good. Classrooms are clean and air-conditioned, providing a comfortable learning environment. The library is stocked with course-related books and journals and is Wi-Fi enabled for online access. Computer labs are equipped with all the necessary programs for programming and lab work.
Masters guide students during practical classes and are accessible for clarifications. But in certain semesters, certain parts of the syllabus are left incomplete, making the university semester exams tougher for students. Even then, the faculty attempts to assist students with additional classes and revision sessions.
Approximately 40% of students from the B.Tech CSE stream were placed within the past six months. The average package was approximately 4.5 LPA, while the minimum was 2.5 LPA. Dell, Wipro, and Nucleus Software are some of the companies that have come to campus for placements.
The hostel provided healthy food, and it had access to a gym and indoor recreation facilities. A Wi-Fi enabled campus and hostel made coding assignments and online research easy for MCA students. Sports activities such as cricket, football, and volleyball were also provided by the college. At my time infrastructure is in the process of developing stage.
MCA department faculty members were experienced and cooperative.Faculty members were supportive when preparing for semester exams, usually supplying valuable question banks and revision notes. Clarification of doubts was given in special sessions, and exam procedures were strictly followed to, ensuring fairness.
MCA placements in J.P. Institute were good in my time. The maximum package that was given was 15 LPA, while the average was approximately 10 LPA. The minimum package that was given was 3 LPA, based on performance and technical skill. Placement training sessions were organized by the institute, including mock interviews and aptitude tests, which helped to enhance students' confidence and preparedness.
All the necessary facilities are not available in the college but library is available. There are so many books in the library but they all are not of recent publications so students can not use them for themselves. Laboratories are also but there are not necessary equipments.
I was studying in b.tech from this college and the quality of teaching is nice but notes are not provided by the teachers and there are insufficient teachers for the students. Curriculum is not so much updated but also it does not include recent changes.
Placement process was easy and pleasant because it is done through interviews and good companies give offer to the students to work in their company. Highest salary package offered 12 lacs per annum and the average salary package was offered 2 lacs per annum.
Yes, according to fees or cost of the cost I feel that I am getting my money's worth.
Teachers are helping for the students and the location of college is also good and safe.
Classrooms are good and have more facilities like board, fans. There are the clean living spaces and good is hygienic. Library and laboratories are also available for the students to grow up and build their skills.
Teachers and staff are supportive and helpful also they help students in their learnings. Curriculum is updated and include all the recent development in the field. I am the student of b.tech from the college.
Placement of the college is average not so much good because there are so many students and they do not get all the facilities from the college. The process is easy Because it is done through interview questions.
Location of college is nice and it is safe for handling all the emergencies. Teachers and students are really supportive but notes are not given by the faculty.
classrooms are well maintained and also there are facilities available for the student . all the necessary equipment and laboratories are available in the collage for the student to grow their skills .
staff always stand their for student and help them to clear all the doubts of students in their study and also help them to grow and build their skills . what i study makes me job ready because my collage helps me to grow up.
the highest package was offered 34 lacs per annum and also the avarage salary package stood at 3 to4 lacs per annum . the prcess of placement is really good and easy because placement is done through interview round and group discussion.
campus life is good and there are so many activities in which students can get engaged and build there skils.
My college has an average infrastructure. It has all the facilities which is required for a good college.Library is not that great but okay to work. Canteen is pretty good. Our college always stay neat and clean.
Academics all good but teacher are not available for some subject. We will only get theoretical knowledge not practical knowledge. Quality of teaching is average. Curriculum is updated in every semester.
There is no campus placement present in my college. Placements are poor. The placement has to increase in my college. Placement percentage is 0.All student apply offline campus placement. Thats all...
My course costs 85000 per year.
The infrastructure of our college is pretty good and hefty. Our college provides two great libraries. Some labs are great. Some are average, but at least we can do the work. Medical facilities are not great. Most of the sports are available for the hostel students
Faculty members in our college are good, well trained and experienced. They are well-qualified, and they have years of experience. I personally don't think students become industry-he course curriculum has been designed keeping in mind the latest industry trends and technological innovations. Those subjects are included that provide student efficiency to compete in the market. ready due to the lack of practical knowledge.
Companies like Tata , TCS , wirpo , byju etc were brought to the campus for placement purposes and many of the students have scored themselves one but still some improvement can be useful although skills like professional communication are told
My course's cost per year is around about 1 lac( without hostel fee which roughly is 50,000/-) . I think it is worth the money atleast on the academic level because the fee includes various side courses that the clg provides that will help in placement and during quarantine clg signed the 1st years to an online paid learning app whose all courses were paid by the clg itself
College campus is fairly large not too big but decent . It has its canteen were food is fairly priced . Else small scale side events like 'rangotsav' etc keep happening . The college is located in a populated area it as almost all the facilities within reach .
