The pass rate is 75–85%, and those students who regularly attend lectures and are actively involved in projects tend to perform better.Faculty is well-qualified with MBA, Ph.D., and UGC NET degrees.
Approximately 70% of MBA students are placed through campus placement. The maximum package till date is 24 LPA, with an average package of 4.5 to 6 LPA. ICICI Bank, Deloitte, HDFC Life, Byju's, and Kotak Mahindra Bank come for placements.
Smart classrooms and digital learning setups are available in college. The library is well-stocked with management books, journals, and digital resources. The hostel experience is decent, with good maintenance and security, though feedback for the second year varies. The campus environment is positive and active, especially during college fests and events.
Teachers are approachable and ready to help during and after class. The curriculum is industry-relevant and helps us understand real-world business problems through guest lectures, workshops, and industry visits.
This year, the highest salary package is not officially confirmed yet, but it is expected to be around 14-16 LPA. Companies like Deloitte, HDFC Bank, Coca-Cola , Byju’s, and Mahindra Motors have visited for recruitment.
The KIET campus facilities are well-developed and planned to facilitate a professional learning environment. The management block is provided with air-conditioned lecture theatres, a digital resource centre, and well-tidy seminar rooms for guest lectures and workshops. The institute also provides well-furnished group discussion rooms and a conference hall, which complement the practical learning environment.
The faculty at KIET is well-informed and extremely professional. They are very strict regarding discipline and attendance but have interactive and thought-provoking teaching methods. The course material is regularly updated to align with industry trends, which equips the students well for corporate problems.
The placement situation at KIET is great, with almost 85% of MBA students getting good placements. The highest package in my batch was INR 18 LPA, the average was almost INR 6 LPA, and the lowest was almost INR 3 LPA. Some of the best job profiles given were business analyst, operations manager, and HR associate.
Facilities at the MBA department are good. Rooms are ventilated, clean, and placed strategically with projectors for better study. Library has a good collection of business journals, business magazines, and management books that offer quiet study environments. Computer hardware is sufficiently utilized for students for working on projects, presentation, and data analysis. Overall campus surroundings are good and hygienic.
The best aspect of MBA in KIET is the faculty. Faculty members are knowledgeable, experienced, and always ready to lend academic as well as professional support to the students. They mentor by teaching using case studies, presentations, and practical examples to make learning simple.Semester exams are not so tough if one is regular with studies. 40% marks are required to pass, and regular classes, assignments, and presentations perform well in grading.
Frankly speaking, MBA placements of KIET Group of Institutions are average. The maximum package given was of approximately 8-9 LPA, the average package was of approximately 2-3 LPA, and the minimum was of approximately 1 LPA. Various companies come to campus for placements as well as internships, but placement solely depends on the level of student's skill and performance.
The facilities and the infrastructure of KIET are the most advanced in the area. The lab is Wi-Fi equipped, with well-furnished classrooms and an MBA library besides that where students get to read online journals and books. Hostel conditions are good, and as per other students, the rooms are spacious, and the mess is good. Also, there is a specially equipped medical centre within the campus that provides free health check-ups and subsidized medicines, reports. our college also provides well-equipped sports and recreation facilities that make students enjoy the full college life.
The faculty at my college is qualified, experienced, and supportive. Most professors have Ph.D. degrees and also have industrial experience, hence imparting flavor to the learning process. The learning process includes case studies, live projects, industry interactions, and corporate leader guest lectures. The MBA course is well designed so that it keeps abreast of industry needs so that students are easily employable. Examinations are held every four months with two internal tests within a semester, and at least 50% is cleared.
Approximately 95% students get placed in campus recruitment. The placement is very performance-oriented, with organizations considering students on the basis of their average academic scores, skills, and interview. The average package in the previous year was approximately 5 LPA, with some students getting better CTCs in high-end companies. Various national and global companies visit the campus, offering various roles in marketing, finance, operations, and HR. HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Deloitte, EY, TCS, BYJU'S, and Berger Paints are the primary recruiters of MBA students.
The campus is clean with up-to-date facilities. Laboratories are equipped with the latest machinery, and there are sufficient books and research work in the library. The canteen also has a lot of food varieties, and also a chain store for students. The hostel amenities are also adequate, with the boys' and girls' stay separately. Mess and canteen food are average. There are recreational game and activity sports complexes too, which spice up campus life.
The faculty consists of qualified, experienced, and empathetic members who emphasize practical learning and conduct training sessions, industry visits, and personality development programs occasionally. Different events, workshops, and seminars are conducted to introduce students to corporate life.
The percentage of students placed from my senior batch was approximately 80%. The highest package was 10-12 LPA and the lowest in the range of 3 LPA. The placement is good with companies like JARO Education, TCS, TCI, IBM,IBR, Wipro, and Nestle recruiting students. But most of the positions are in marketing, sales, and business development and not much core finance or consultancy jobs. I was hired as a Marketing Intern at Agile Capital Service.
Proper maintenance of college campus with newer facilities is provided. Classrooms are smart board enabled, and the library has books satisfactorily. Laboratories are well planned and well furnished. Hostel provides good accommodations, a separate mess, and a cafeteria, though the food quality varies occasionally. Sports facility is okay, and students frequently play games.
The teaching quality is also fluctuating—some teachers explain clearly, while others simply go through the syllabus. The examinations are tough, but if one studies hard, they will pass. The course is designed in a way that it meets the industry standards, and the students are given practical challenges.
Approximately 60-65% of students get placed in campus placements in KIET Group of Institutions. The maximum package given last year was approximately 20 LPA, and the average package given was approximately 4-7 LPA. TCS, Deloitte, HDFC Bank, and Infosys are some of the prominent recruiters among the companies. Internships form an important part of the course, and a large number of students are given opportunities to work with well-established organizations, through which practical exposure is gained.
The facilities on campus are good. The management department is equipped with air-conditioned classrooms, well-stocked labs, and a well-stocked library. The hostel mess serves quality food, and there are several canteens on campus. Wi-Fi is available 24/7, and medical facilities are also available.
The faculty members are qualified and friendly. Teaching is of top quality, and the curriculum caters to corporate requirements. Syllabus covers case studies and practice-based learning to make students sufficiently competent to take up jobs in the corporate sector. Pass percentage is about 30%, and the examination is moderately difficult.
The placement rate is about 75%. The maximum package is approximately 7 LPA, and the minimum is approximately 3 LPA. The average is approximately 4 LPA. The best recruiters are KPMG, Axis Bank, and Kotak Mahindra Bank. There are very few internship opportunities, and only a few students get them. The most popular roles provided are business development, financial analysis, and marketing management.
Surely Best ROI
The college has well-equipped hostels with single and double rooms. Facilities include Wi-Fi, a library, modern classrooms, sports complexes, and a gym. Sanitation and hygiene are properly maintained. Although college matches all the mldern standards interms of facilities and infrastructure.
Teachers are well-educated, experienced, and coordinated. The curriculum is also balanced equally in theory and practice, with workshops and guest lectures on industries. Plus industrial visit are also organized for the students skill enhancement.
The institute is satisfied with placements, particularly technical and management sectors. The minimum salary is 4-6 LPA and the maximum is 40 LPA. Leading recruiters include Tech Mahindra, Hexaware, DXC Technology, Tata Steel, Siemens, EY, PwC, Cipla, and Glenmark. The placement cell is extremely active in taking care of the students in terms of training and placements.
The hostels and campus are Wi-Fi enabled, and the facilities are adequately equipped. The classrooms are huge and air-conditioned. Medical and sports facilities and a fully stocked library are provided. The canteens provide good food. Since the batch is independent, the curriculum is industry-focused, which enables students to gain hands-on knowledge and skills that make them career-ready.
The faculty and seniors are very supportive and approachable. Being the first stand-alone MBA batch, the curriculum is newly developed to meet industry requirements. Though it provides better learning opportunities, it also entails a high volume of assignments, projects, and exams, so the learning process is tough and challenging.
About 80% of MBA students are placed. Since our batch has not passed out in 2025 as yet, no highest and lowest package records are available. Some of the major recruiters include Razorpay, TCS, Wipro,Amazon, and Accenture. About 40% of students are given paid internships, and 60% are given unpaid internships. Sales manager, HR manager, business analyst, and marketing executive are some of the regular job positions provided.
KIET Ghaziabad and JIIT Noida are both good private engineering colleges. But JIIT Noida is a little better in terms of placements, especially for Computer Science and IT branches.
JIIT Noida gets more big companies like Amazon, Adobe, and other product-based companies. The average package in JIIT for CSE is around 7 to 8 lakh rupees per year. Some students also get very high packages above 20 lakh. KIET also has good placements, but the average package is slightly lower, around 5 to 6 lakh per year.
The campus of JIIT Noida is modern and clean. KIET has a bigger campus and more hostel space. JIIT is stricter in academics. KIET follows AKTU university syllabus.
So if you want better job placements, JIIT Noida is slightly better. If you want a bigger campus with good facilities and lower fees, then KIET is also a good choice.

Dear student,
Yes, you can use your EWS category rank for admission to KIET Ghaziabad through UPTAC counselling , as seats are allotted based on category ranks for reserved candidates.
Now, about your chances:
With an
EWS rank of 1,30,638
, getting
ECE at KIET
is
highly unlikely
. In recent years, the
closing EWS rank for ECE
at KIET has been around
35,000 to 40,000
. If you’ve seen a closing rank like
347,725
, that might actually be the
CRL
, not the EWS rank. Category cutoffs are always much lower.
