How to build profile to get in MIT:
Try to score 1550+ out of 1600 in SAT. Try to score 34+ out of 36 in ACT. Though they not care of these marks so much, its of need only.
You will have an edge over others if you are National Olympiad Winner or an athlete(State or National winner).
In school do whatever you are interested in and get awards in that.
Do your best to remain at peak in your class.
Do social and helpful work but do it passionately.
Keep good relations with your teachers as they will give you letter of recommendation in future.
You should have excellent essay writing quality.
Steps to get in MIT:
MIT’s acceptance rate is about 6.7%. It has its own application portal called MyMIT, and you have to sign up there.
The first part of your application will include your personal details and identity. Being an international student, you will be required to describe your cultural background in short 150–250-word writeups. The essay question in this part is about how the world you come from has shaped your dreams and aspirations.
Choose you want early action or regular lot. Both have same acceptance rate in MIT.
Choose your major here, this is to test your reasoning. Like, if you like engineering then you need to tell why. It has some word limit.
Tell about your subjects you took after high school.
Try to keep your SAT/ACT score higher as many people who have applied have scored much in these exams.
You have to write about your four activities which mean most to you, both scholastic and non-scholastic. Mention recent onces (ninth grade and up). It is an essay type question.
MIT requires three short response essays (250 words max) to understand you as a person and find out what’s important to you. The topics could be anything from what you do for fun, how did you contribute to your community to the most difficult challenges you’ve faced and how you’ve overcome them.
You are required to submit two teacher evaluations, one from math or science and the other from the humanities or language domain. Additionally, a report from your school counselor is necessary too.
MIT only accepts best of best profiles.
Different courses have different eligibilities but these are the necessary steps to be taken.
The students admitted in the MIT university are among the top innovators and a separate portal- College Scholarship Service (CSS) by the College Board is used to register such applicants for financial aid. Students also get scholarship through SAT exams score.
Hope, it helps!

I hope, your query is solved.
The eligibility criteria for the college you have mentioned is that you should have atleast 50% in your 10+2 with PCB/PCM combination depending on your course. Thus you don't have to worry about it, if you have good ranks in the entrances and if you get >50% then you will get admission depending on your rank in the colleges you mentioned.

Greetings dear aspirant
Firstly, congrats on successful completion of your MET exam. The cut-off trends keeps changing every year and it depends on the number of students attempting the exam, difficulty level, number of available seats, etc. With 131/240, its not possible to get CSE or IT branch in their main campus, i.e. Manipal as there is a huge competition for these seats. The cut-off of CSE branch at Manipal campus was 781 in the year 2020. You can try applying for other branches in Manipal campus like Mechanical, Biotechnology, etc. Also, you can try for branches like CSE, IT, ECE, etc in their Jaipur and Sikkim campuses. Just apply to their counselling process and as it is conducted in different rounds, your chances of securing a seat increases.

You can have a look at the cut-off trends from the above link.
Hope I've cleared all your doubts!!
All the best for your future endeavours
Hello,
To secure admission you need to secure the cut off rank. The cut off rank is going to change each year based on factors like difficulty level of examination, total number of candidates taken the exam and total number of seats to be filled. Here is the previous year cut off for admission to preferred branches
Manipal University, Jaipur
Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal
To get admission to CSE in MIT, Manipal you need to score above 200-220 marks or above. To get admission to Mechatronics in MIT, Manipal, CSE and Mechatronics in Manipal University Jaipur you need to score minimum 150-180 marks or above. This is an estimated score. The original rank with these score may vary. Earlier the total marks for MET was 800 and this year it is for 240 marks. SO the marks vs rank trend changes. The marks vs rank trend for this year can only be determined after the rank/merit list is published. The merit list is expected to be released in the fourth week of June 2021 tentatively.
Did you mean MIT College of Management,Loni Kalbhor, Pune?if yes then it is a good college for placement purpose as it ranked 67 th by the Times B-School Survey 2020 among the top business schools of the country. You can read the student reviews regarding placements on this link https://dqxeclau.top/university/mit-art-design-and-technology-university-pune/reviews
Dear aspirant,
As you have mentioned that you have got 130 marks out of 240 in manipal entrance test ,so let me tell you that these things depends upon certain conditions like number of candidates appearing in that examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut off, difficulty level of the paper.
But as you want mechanical in these marks, be rest assured that you will get this branch in the main campus. If you want electronics then you can get that also easily.
