According to last year's cutoffs for Mechanical engineering (which were 761 for PSG, 725 for Anna University), 2018 for MIT(mechanical ss) under OC category), it will be difficult to secure a seat in Mech with your rank. However, it depends on which community you belong to. If you belong to SCA/SC community, you can get Mechanical in these colleges.

The cutoff rank for CEG was around 7684(Printing Technology) and for MIT, it was around 10535( Rubber and Plastic Technology) in OC category, for the year 2018. So, you may get a seat in CEG/ MIT depending on which community you belong to(MBC/BC/SCA/SC/BCM).

Cutoffs for ECE branch in MIT goes upto 1201 and 638 in BC category in MIT and PSG respectively ((according to last year's TNEA cutoffs) ). The infrastructure of this college is good with all the required facilities . Like classrooms with well equipped sources . We have the library , canteen , hostel facility for the students in this college who are studying .
College infrastructure is cool, has many trees in the campus. Located aside the crompet railway station, making easy for transportation. Classrooms are well maintained. Wifi is there, library has enough books.
very good infrastructure.. excellent facilities.. all the classrooms and laboratories are well equipped. the hostels are very good.. they have two type of hostels and food is also very good in the hostel.
