           According to last year's cutoffs for Mechanical engineering (which were 761 for PSG, 725 for Anna University), 2018 for MIT(mechanical ss) under OC category), it will be difficult to secure a seat in Mech with your rank. However, it depends on which community you belong to. If you belong to SCA/SC community, you can get Mechanical in these colleges.

             The cutoff rank for CEG was around 7684(Printing Technology) and  for  MIT, it was around 10535( Rubber and Plastic Technology) in OC category, for the year 2018. So, you may get a seat in CEG/ MIT depending on which community you belong to(MBC/BC/SCA/SC/BCM).

                     The cutoff rank  for CEG was 10511 (Print Technology) and for MIT, it was 8206 (Automobile engineering(ss)) in BC category for the year 2018. So with your rank, you can get a seat in CEG/MIT.                With an overall rank of 10,993 in SC category, you have some chances of  getting a seat in branches like CSE(ss), Food technology(ss), mechanical engineering(ss) in CEG, ACT and MIT respectively (according to last year's cutoffs which were 10200 ,10553, 10285 respectively for SC community).

       Cutoffs for ECE branch in MIT goes upto 1201 and 638 in BC category in MIT and PSG respectively ((according to last year's TNEA cutoffs) ).
