According to the National Institute Ranking Framework (NIRF), Anna University, MIT, PSG, SSN and TCE can be ranked as follows:

NIRF rank                  College Name

As you have mentioned TNEA is not an institution name. TNEA means Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission. Also MIT is one of the 4 autonomous constituent colleges (University Departments) of Anna University.

                   Cutoffs for MIT,PSG,SSN,CIT are high for CSE branch. You won't be able to get CSE in these colleges with your rank. However, you can get CSE in other colleges under Anna University. You can check out last year's cutoffs to get an idea about the same:

in almost every year cutoff scores differs slightly. it differs from college to college and stream to stream.

however at this score you have no chances in psg college of engineering in core engineering stream, you may have chances in production engineering, metallurgy, textile engineering.

in madras institute of technology you have chances in automobile engineering, production , plastic technology.

in ceg you have chances in industrial eng, production, irrigation eng, geo informatics, mining eng.

You have not mentioned your category you belong to.But I'm giving you the details of cut off rank for all categories take a look at them, for general category the opening rank is 11 and closing rank is 296, for SC category the opening rank is 1296 the closing rank is10065, for OBC category the opening rank is 304 the closing rank is 638, for MBC the opening rank is 329 the closing rank is 1758, for BCM the opening rank is 1010 the closing rank is 1333, for SCA the opening rank is 10212 the closing rank is 10212.However this year cut off is subjected to change it may slightly vary.Hope for the best.
