Hello aspirant ,
If you are a outside Delhi student , then it's difficult for you to get mait in councelling . You can get colleges like ADGITM , BPIT , BVIT .
But taking the best case that if you get MAIT then you can expect branches like civil , mechanical, EEE ,MAE.

I hope this helps.
Regards

Hello aspirant,

VIPS, JIMS and MAIT all of these are considered to be one of the top colleges in BJMC.

So try to get admission in JIMS but if you have more handsome rank in CET then you must go for VIPS which is considered the best among all three. All the best for it.

I want to highlight some point comparing these three colleges.

  • JIMS provides one of the best placement in media.
  • MAIT is more famous for management courses rather than media courses.
  • VIPS is academically good with decent faculties. Their infrastructure is way better than other colleges. Also, they have a high placement record in previous years.

So, in a nutshell if you get the opportunity to hold a seat in VIPS, just go for it.

You can keep JIMS and MAIT as your plan B.

Hope it helps!

Good luck!

Hello Mate....

It depend on your rank what you got in the respective exam for that college and what sequence you have given the preference of streams in your form according to the previous years cutoff CSE/IT which is high as compared to the EEE branch if some failed to freeze or report for CSE/IT seat and if anyone else have not opted for it then you might get seat CUTOFF for 3rd Round for CSE/IT is around 7000 but cutoff for EEE is around 18000-22000 so IT All depends on your rank.

Best of luck

Hi Sarthak, the preference order in the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University of above mentioned colleges is as follows:

1-usit

2-MAIT

3-BVP

4-usct

5-MSIT

Rest it all depends on the branch you want to pursue. The above colleges are categorised on the basis of their course structure and placement records. Rest if you have any doubts you can ask. Hope this was helpful. Talking of Chandigarh University, the Highest package was of 31.7LPA and average package is of 14LPA. Total offers it bagged was 6314. Choose the branch and college accordingly.

In todays date, both newer and old IIITs are rising steadily in field of Information Technology. You should always remember one day even the Top 5 IITs were new, but most of the distinguished and world famous alumini belong to that time. Secondly IIITs whether old or new, have a structured curriculum at par with IITs and NITs besides providing good infrastructure and facilities. New IIITs are also steadily rising in placements with companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Sapient, Honeywell and Goldman Sachs visiting most of them at Guwahati, Sonepat,  Pune or Jabalpur. Do choose wisely.
