Malabar College of Engineering and Technology offers seven courses of B.Tech, namely Computer Science and Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, and Automobile Engineering. Malabar College of Engineering and Technology admissions are conducted on the merit of JEE Main, KEAM, or UGET rankings. The intake capacity varies across courses with 60 seats per course in the case of Computer Science and Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, and Biomedical Engineering, while other courses also have 30 seats per course.
There are four M.Tech programmes provided by the institution: Applied Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Environmental Engineering, and Thermal Engineering. Malabar College of Engineering and Technology admissions are granted based on GATE scores. The intake capacity is 18 students in each M.Tech programme.

I am afraid to tell you that the Government Engineering college Thrissur accepts only KEAM scores and this exam has already been taken successfully on 16 the July 2020.
But do not worry there are various colleges in keral that accepts Jee scores as well . You can find these details about them in the given link

Yes dear aspirant,Malabar College of Engineering and technology or MCET is having Btech. courses with specialisations in Robotics,Artificial Intelligence,Cloud Computing,Cyber Security etc.So,yes they are having specialisation in Cyber Security and you can study there among a lot of other specialisations.So,if you want to join that institute then you can.
