The campus offers all the necessary facilities to MBA students. There is good Wi-Fi connectivity in classrooms, hostels, and common areas. The computer lab has the latest software for data analysis and business simulations, which is useful for topics such as Business Analytics and Financial Modeling.Classrooms are equipped with projectors and audio systems.
The curriculum is revised often to keep in sync with the industry requirements, seminar and webinars are held regularly and the Teachers at the campus are very supportive.Semester examinations are reasonable but challenging if one doesn't catch up with the classwork.
Placement at the Campus has decent placement prospects, particularly for the MBA students. College conduct Mock Interviews. About 85% of students from the previous batch got placements. Some of the major recruiters are ICICI Bank, HDFC Life, Axis Bank, Berger Paints, BYJU'S, and Reliance Retail, among others.
The campus is equipped with well-stocked libraries, computer labs with latest software for data analysis and finance, and smart classrooms equipped with projectors and Wi-Fi connectivity. Good-quality food is available in the canteen, and medical facilities are easily accessible on campus. MSM is a part of a bigger educational group, and that implies there's a fully functional private hospital with access to which students can undergo health checkups at no charge.
The instructional method is through a combination of lectures, case studies, live projects, and presentations, which actually aids a lot in acquiring industry-ready expertise. The curriculum is nicely aligned with the industry standards, and the semester exams are moderate to tough requiring regular preparation and practical knowledge
Being a first-year MBA student, I have not gone through the placement process myself, but going by the comments of senior batches, the placement track record of MSM is quite good. Several students receive placements in areas like marketing, finance, HR, and operations. Paytm, Tech Mahindra, HDFC Bank, and other firms visit the campus for recruitment on a regular basis. The average package is reported to be around ₹4–5 LPA, and internship opportunities are also provided to help students gain early industry exposure. I’m looking forward to participating in these processes in the coming semesters.
The college is equipped with smart classes, finance lab, business research lab, and library. Internet is high speed, although restricted to some areas. There is no hostel in-campus but PGs are available. Cafeteria and recreation areas are student-friendly to facilitate interaction among students.
MSM provides top-notch faculty with Ph.D. and corporate background in order to impart industry-centric education. Projects, presentation, and case studies are a part of the examinations. Tests check business sensibilities by way of report and strategic analysis and prepare them for practical challenges.
Placement Cell works proactively to offer career opportunities through training, workshops, and industry interactions. The placement percentage is 70%-95%, and the pay range is 5 LPA to 15 LPA. Top recruiters hire business analysts, financial consultants, HR managers, and marketing strategists. Students of finance, marketing, and analytics witnessed high placements, while entrepreneurship students opt for starting up.
The Campus has infrastructurally strong classrooms with smart boards and projectors to aid in an interactive learning process. The library comprises books, research papers, and online journals such as Harvard Business Review and ProQuest. Wi-Fi at high speeds within the campus, A clean canteen, medical facilities, and well-furnished sports fields like football, basketball, and badminton courts provide holistic campus life.
The faculty at MSM Meerut is qualified, with professors possessing specialization in financial management, strategic leadership, digital marketing, and organizational behavior. Most of the faculty members hold PhDs and corporate backgrounds, adding real business situations to education. The MBA curriculum at MSM Meerut is industry-oriented, covering case study discussions, live projects, and industrial exposures.
Around 76% of MSM, Meerut MBA students are placed. The maximum package is of 20 LPA and the minimum is around 12 LPA and the lowest of 3 LPA. The main recruiters are Tata Capital, KPMG, Axis Bank, Mahindra Finance, and BYJU'S, placing students in marketing, finance, HR, and operations roles. Students are provided internship by many companies for business consulting, investment banking, and digital marketing as well.
The library is well-stocked with a huge collection of books, and facilities are easily available. Projectors and adequate lighting are provided in every classroom in the new block. It has sports grounds for basketball, volleyball, badminton, and football too. Student clubs aren't as much active though.
The faculty is very experienced and supportive with business management and industry knowledge. They are easy to approach and assist students in career guidance and academics. Semester exams are held every six months, and practical exams and viva sessions for applicable subjects. Mid-semester exams, including chapter and class tests, solidify learning and also help final grades. The systematic assessment system compels students to work hard and ensures they perform well.
There are internships, both with allowances and without allowances. Some of them are arranged by the college faculty and some are from outside companies and associations. The faculty members conduct different research studies, and students are allowed to join them for practical exposure. Some of the well-known organizations, such as AROH Foundation, TCS Amazon, etc., visit the campus for placements.
The college has adequate infrastructure in the form of well-equipped classrooms, a library with management textbooks and case studies, and computer labs for business analytics and financial modeling. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled to enable students to use online learning resources.
The faculty is qualified and experienced, having expertise in finance, marketing, operations, and HR. The faculty teaches concepts through the pedagogy of real-world industry examples and case studies. Encouraging professors as well as professors who stick to conventional ways are present. The curriculum is such that industry-oriented subjects are covered, but certain subjects might require updating based on current corporate dynamics

Infrastructure is satisfactory with well-cleaned classrooms, a library, and conference halls. Hostel infrastructure is decent, though boys' hostels can be kept even more clean. There is a facility of Wi-Fi, but at certain times it is not up to the mark. Food from the canteen is okay, but the mess can be made better. Corporate lectures, guest lectures, and industry exposures are organized by the college that gives practical experience.
The faculty is experienced but industry-oriented, with differing approaches to teaching. While some of the teachers interactively engage students with live projects and case studies, others have a conventional teaching approach. The syllabus of MBA is outdated but comprises finance, marketing, business analytics, and HR modules. Semester exams are just and requires last-minute preparations with case studies and class notes to pass. The pass rate is around 85%.
About 50-60% of MBA students are placed, mostly in sales, marketing, finance, and HR. The highest package in the batch was 10 LPA, and the average was about 5 LPA, and the lowest is about 3 LPA. Few companies such as Ornate Solar, Square Yards, BYJU'S, PolicyBazaar, and Naukri.com come to the campus. I was placed as a Sales Associate in Ornate Solar, which gave a good start to the renewable energy industry. Internships are offered but students need to look off-campus sometimes.
The classrooms are air-conditioned, but the library and other areas of study require refurbishing. Cleanliness is okay, but in comparison to the other top colleges, the infrastructure as a whole is rudimentary.overall building are in good condition and college have wifi facility also.
The lecturers are good and supportive, but the methodology is sometimes old-fashioned. They try their best to educate, and they help when it comes to preparing for university exams. The course is good, but it is not necessarily industry-oriented. Semester exams are easy if well-studied, but all in all, the college needs to improve at making the students industry-ready instead of exam-ready.
Placements in MSM are not as good as the college presents. Though they promote a highest package of around 50 LPA, things are entirely different in reality. The average package is somewhere around 5 LPA, and very few students are able to get good pay packages. Most of the students are not performing well in on-campus placements, and a number of them need to search for off-campus placements.
The infrastructure of the college is satisfactory in general. Wi-Fi facilities are present and libraries are well-stocked with relevant books and research papers. Classroom facilities are fine but can be enhanced with state-of-the-art facilities such as smart boards and upgraded seating.
The faculty is friendly and experienced. Their teaching methods are effective, though at times class management becomes an issue, which becomes distracting for committed students. The curriculum is well planned and includes practical training areas like verbal skills, aptitude training, and communication improvement programs, which turn out to be very helpful for placements.
Around 60% of the students got placements from our college. The maximum salary package was 17 LPA, and the minimum was 4 LPA. The median package is between 6-7 LPA. Internship is compulsory, and the college gives full opportunities for industry exposure to the students. Different training programs and courses through which students gain skills that can be utilized in the corporate world. I am a Research and Development Intern at ESS Global Pvt Ltd currently, which has provided me with hands-on experience.
The overall college campus infrastructure was highly maintained. Nearly all classrooms were air-conditioned and computer labs were furnished with advanced instruments for data analysis and financial modeling. Wi-Fi facilities were present in some library buildings but not all. Since I was a day scholar, I had very little opportunity to utilize the hostel, but the quality of food appeared good whenever I did go there. One positive point was that day scholars could also utilize the mess facility on a pay-per-plate basis.
The faculty members were well qualified and offered career advice. The quality of instruction was, however, average since some professors placed more emphasis on the theoretical aspects rather than practice. The semester exam was not that tough, according to previous year question papers patterns, and thus went through smoothly with preparation. The passing requirements for end-semester exams were 30 marks out of 100. Internal assessment included case study presentations, industry projects, and pre-university exams half-yearly.
Approximately 40% of students were placed in my batch of MBA. Since the course was being updated according to industry needs, there were a few new topics for the students as well as the facultyTop companies like Nestlé, Asian Paints, HDFC Bank, Deloitte, and Marico recruited students from the top-ranked ones.
