Since you have given only one paper of jee advance then your result will not be prepared as it is compulsory to be present in both the exams
You can contact the chairperson of your respective zonal location regardign this problem
But it is mentioned in their official site that it is compulsory for the student to present in both the papers

for a detalied understanding
if you are secured a college in the first round you have to pay the fee through online of the colllege
then you can participate in the next round of counselling

You would have downloaded the admit card somewhere, because the admit cards are released online and you have to download them and get them printed. Check your downloads or history, you should be able to find it.
As a tip, in the future, send every important document to yourself on email, even scanned documents, so that you always have them in case of such an emergency.

First of all I would like to tell you that you must check this year format of medical certificate in Jee main brochure. Also if you have used previous year format, date would have been of previous year, so check date and match format.
One thing I would like to tell you that medical certificate are not given much importance just it should be of their required format.
