The College's decision shall be final in the interpretation of the rules and in all matters connected with the hostel. The renovation and progress of various hostel projects should be assessed and supervised by the HMC. The Code of conduct, facilities for studying, etc. will be implemented and introduced by the HMC. A proper timetable for all activities including study, breakfast, lunch, and supper, as published by the HMC, should be maintained in the Hostel according to the bell-ringing system.

The college has a Gym facility for the students. Separate gym facilities for boys and girls 16 single and multi-fitness machines for boys and 12 single and multi-station fitness machines for girls.

The College library provides various resources to fulfill the information needs of the academic community. As the heart of the institution library holds around 20000 volumes of books, 1000+ journals, back volumes, project reports, and a good collection of audio-visual aids such as CDs and DVDs. The library always aimed to satisfy its users by pointing the right information at the right time. The library functions in a multi-storied building having a carpet area of 900 square meters.

The College has a firm belief that physical fitness leads to mental fitness, the College provides first-rate facilities in playfields for various games like volleyball, Football, Cricket, Badminton, Hockey Chess, Caroms, etc. on the campus. The College Conducts Sports Meet under the Department of Physical Education and encourages students to participate in Inter-Collegiate events. The college team is played in various state-level championships. In addition to team games, individuals have excelled in College and University level sports events in Athletics.

The College auditorium with state of an art multimedia system with wonderful acoustics and a warm and welcoming ambiance. It is frequently used for presentations, seminars, fests, and events of the college. The College Auditorium has a fixed stage and can accommodate up to 1000 audiences comfortably.

The College's main purpose of the Association is to provide an organization through which the Alumni of MEA Engineering College around the world, faculty, staff, and students of the institute can interact with each other for mutual benefit and to the benefit of the organization. Further objectives can be outlined To facilitate improvement in networking among alumni with the following purposes in view Provide a platform for social interactions among alumni as well as alumni to the institute. Our college is fully equipped with round-the-clock internet facility with a speed of 1 Gbps, in collaboration with BSNL networks. WiFi facility is available for the entire campus including the hostels. Optical Fiber Connectivity is available to every department from the Campus Networking Center. All Computer Laboratories are connected to the internet through managed switches. Cisco Networks and Cyberoam Firewall provide network availability and security. The high-end networking devices provide simultaneous access to the servers to many users in addition to other users from their department through the campus network. About 3000 users can simultaneously access the facilities of MEA Networks from their departments. Since all the Computer Systems in MEAEC are connected in a switched fiber optic campus network, one can access any resource from any node on the campus. A variety of software is also made available to the students and users.
