Hi DhanaShree Singh,
The University of Mumbai and Mithibai college started the Bachelor of Management Studies course in 1999. The course aims at not only training students to become excellent managers but also leads to the all-round development of their personality.
The BMS course provides comprehensive management training to students by way of interaction, projects, presentations, industrial visits, practical training, job orientation and placements. It is a perfectly designed course for aspiring managers and budding CEOs of tomorrow.
Managers are synonymous with perfection. They are expected to do the right things at the right time and to see to it that others do it right. Such are the people required in today's globally competitive market and such are the people that Mithibai College produces in abundance.
The students are molded perfectly to fit in with the requirements of an ideal manager who knows how to make correct decisions, delegate work and most importantly, to coordinate with the entire organization.
BMS is a course designed especially for students aiming to become managers. In the second year, the students can select Marketing, Finance or Human Resource as their area of specialisation, and have relevant elective subjects from 3rd Semester onwards. This helps them get in depth knowledge in their area of interest. The faculty at Mithibai College has understood the course completely to build a perfect platform for students and works as a friend, philosopher and a guide. Mithibai College is regarded as one of the leading BMS colleges.

hello,
for previous year, cutoff for science stream was 83.8%. usually percentage cutoff was 88% for science stream. for arts and commerce, it will be 84-87%. for last few years, Arts and commerce stream became demanding so percentage bar is increased as compared to science stream.
so if there is 2nd merit list then you will get selected for sure. There is high chance for it. so you should wait and look for results with positive mind and thoughts.
don't think too much. you will surely get admission with your qualification. for any query clear it out from institute helpdesk @ http://www.mithibai.ac.in/
Hope it helps!

Dear Aspirant,
Now that the results have been announced we certainly hope you have scored higher that your anticipated percentage. Since you have decided to take up Bachelor of Management Studies with a view of doing your MBA later on; your percentage is sufficient to apply to the colleges you have stated above as it falls within their cut off marks. Check out the campus and make your decision after meeting the faculty as well.
Good Luck
Just consists of a building, no campus as such. Even the cafeteria was under renovation and there was no alternative when I was studying here. Too many students for the space available. Only the lab was decent, but again, it gets crowded very easily.
mithibai has a desent infra with AC classroom & labs. Compact 3-acre campus in a building shared with other colleges. Good library & gymkhan. Canteen food is a mixed bag. Lifts can be insuffucent. overall functions but now sparwling
The infra of the college is outstanding and build very nicely. The buildings are the state of the art in the mumbai and being a state, gov college, it is something that a student can choose from in the mumbai.
