Yes, diploma courses are available, but the prospectus for 2019-20 session for CE programmes have not yet been released. You should keep checking the website to see if this year's diploma prospectus has been uploaded. I have also attached a link at the end of this answer.
You should first download the registration form from NIFT website. Fill up the registration form and send it to the NIFT Study Center personally or by post. The cover should have 'CE Registration form' and a Demand Draft of RS 1800/- for one year programs or RS 1000/- for 6 month diploma course.
The diploma program Available in NIFT Delhi this year is 'Craft Design Development and Planning', with one year duration (5 days a week) with total fees RS 2,50,000. More courses will be announced later.

All location are good,as all have its own importance of its location and it's culture.
Delhi is on top, then goes Hyderabad, Bangalore and then Chennai ( South side). There is always a rank exchange between Bangalore and Hyderabad.

One entrance exam is for both so no separate ranking will be given. Hence NIFT BDES AND BFTECH needs one rank but course is slightly different. So no confusion. Give one exam to us best capability and explore what you want to do. Both fields are nowadays having bright opening to industry.

The total approximated number of seats for NIFTs is 2,370 seats (2010 B. Design and 360 B. F.Tech) for 16 NIFT campuses.
And SC category has 15% reservation on the total no. of seats hence, it would be somewhere around 356 seats I think.

Not knly has NIFt finished conducting exams but it has also declared the entrance test results. once you have missed the admission deadlines there isn’t anything that cam be done about it. Please be more attentive about it next time. You could now either wait one year or you could try for other colleges.

Yes sir your daughter will definitely get seat seat in national institute of fashion technology in Chennai because the cutoff of NIFT Chennai campous previous yaer for obc is 867 Rank.After qualifiying NIFT written they call for interview in April and May
After the declaration of final result in first week of June 2019.
After qualifying all round the counseling start from second week of June .

You may get NIFT kangra,Jodhpur. You can apply for other colleges in the 2nd round of counselling. Register for counselling and complete every stages of it. Bftech is really good course and has lucrative career options later.

The college infrastructure is great. The library is really good and has air conditioning. the college doesnt have sports centre or hostel. the canteen served food is fine. but there is not much cleanliness in the canteen. overall the college is fine except some issues.
