Yes, university refunds the fees if you withdraw your seat before the completion of counseling. Once the all the rounds of counseling are done, then you cannot get the fees back.

CV raman college is better than NSEC. CV raman college is top 3 private college in odisha.

This is also become autonomous college.

ye sif you did not get admission there by yor merit rank or their eligibiloty criteria then you can go for the manegemnt qouta , its like paying the donation to get the seat over there. only this is the only option left to get seat over their. all the best have a great future ahead.
