piet panipat or akg ...which could be best for btech .?

Go for akg....it is better than piet

is piet panipat could be a good choice for btech ..?

No it's not.
I just want to say that , use it as your last choice. First try for some government Univ. Then for some government funded colleges and then start looking for some private college. Understand !

is piet panipat better than galgotias college or any other college under uptu for btech ??

Both the colleges are good you can prefer any college according to your preference.
